The online ordering process could be more intuitive. For instance, how to actually get to the "cart" was a bit clunky and not as obvious as it could be.
I was extremely pleased to find the additional information on your website which was specific to the particular battery I needed. My wife (battery was for her laptop) was ecstatic over the fact this oversize battery conveniently propped her laptop into a very useful and desirable position.
The battery worked fine, and I was happy with the service received. I've since ordered two more batteries, and look forward to getting a couple more computers back up and running. Thanks!

I am still going through cycling the battery for break in, and am already happy. It seems to be lasting quite a long time. I do not know exact time as I don't have time to spend on that pc regularly. After the first full charge; The first drain on mostly sleep mode took over night. The second drain took three days with more use than on the first drain. WOW! I am sure to be more than satisfied after break in.
I haven't received the battery yet so I can't rate overall experience until then.
So far - fine;... it will be delivery/follow through that will ultimately decide Update: Delivery was fast;.will definitely keep in mind/saved in favorites for any future needs.
