It was easy ordering online, and the videos provided made it not intimidating.You knew what you were buying. The description of the product was very clear and compatibility didn't leave a question when ordering. I followed upon receiving my new battery the tips in conditioning a new battery. The sellers want to make sure we get the best use of our purchase. So far so good. How pleasant to be using a battery that lasts longer than the previous battery I had ordered through another seller for a cheaper price. I just hope it lasts me at least for 1 year. Since I live in Canada, there was no problem with customs as all of that was taken care of. The tracking of the purchase made it easy to follow my purchase. I would recommend Laptop Express to my friends and use their online store to purchase again for myself.
I paid for a two day delivery, but it took 7 days before this reached me. Don't know if this was due to SA custom hold-up or not. If the exchange rate ZAR vs USD is taken into account plus the import tax I had to pay on the product, the price is the same should I have bought it in South Africa. And have the same day.

The USPS did not deliver the package as they advertised. I received the package about 1 week after the date originally provided by USPS. The USPS did not provide a revised delivery date until about 1 week after the originally scheduled delivery date.
