Great job on your website. Highlights many key selling points that will attract a buyer, i.e. Manufacturer quality compared to other vendors, customer service and guarantee.

I was however surprised to find that upon receiving the laptop battery, it did not have a genuine "Dell" logo product name as the advertising suggested.

Product is functioning extremely well thus far and I am very pleased with its performance.

I was happy reading other purchaser's reviews. But most of all, I really wanted clear information about the batteries before purchase. That information is what sold me on making my purchase with your company.
