Ordering a new battery for my old computer was easy and it arrived quickly. So far the battery is working correctly (I've only been using it for four days).
Information on the web site was very helpful in understanding considerations for notebook battery purchase. Product was sent promptly. The delivery included screwdrivers for quick and clear approach to battery replacement. Instructions also accompanied the battery for charging, discharging, etc., for best battery life. Battery is performing wonderfully. This is in stark contrast to an experience with a battery purchased previously through a different company that did not provide advice and did last even a few weeks.

They had what I needed in stock and it came very promptly. Unfortunately my laptop lost everything while waiting and I can't get it working so many return battery but not their fault
Package arrived damaged but battery was not damaged. Called and spoke to a very nice representative. She made note of my call and asked me to call back if I had any issue with the battery.
