The battery arrived in great shape. Installation was a bit of a challenge - a Dell issue not LaptopBattery Express. I'm following the conditioning and hoping for a long battery life.

I recived my battery and charger and it lite up and it is working great I also charged up the older battery which witch was last used or charger Ed in 2015 and it is working great

I must have made a mistake in first order, but they helped me figure out the right battery and sent it pronto, with an RMA for wrong one. Recommend them.

I was however surprised to find that upon receiving the laptop battery, it did not have a genuine "Dell" logo product name as the advertising suggested.

Good experience overall. I appreciated google guarantee and delivery tracking, although 10 days for delivery seems a bit much. Will reserve judgment on product quality until we can test the battery's longevity.

Easy and smooth ordering, UPS took awhile longer getting my order here then stated/expected. The battery doesn't keep my laptop charged a full 4 hours but close. For the most part it is what I wanted.

Exceptionally well formatted sales on U-Tube. Hope battery lives up to the sales presentation which promised I'd get 3 to 4 hours if I followed a certain charging and use procedure.
