Don't be confused by the old site design. This is what the most effective tools look like. The guys really know their stuff the best. An extremely wide range of batteries (including rare ones), reasonable prices, fast delivery, and feedback if necessary. Don't waste your time looking for better deals.

I need to return the battery I purchased and keep getting the runaround. Sent pictures. Sent information asked for. I'm being told that a shipping label will be issued soon. This has been going on for over a week.

Product appears to be fine; they are drop shipped from China.
However, the return process is not good.

It feels like I am being made the hassle; a lot of back and forth when I should just be getting a return address/label so that I can ship the item back to them.

This company is the best when it comes to finding replacement batteries for your devices! They are definitely trustworthy and it is easy to get a hold of someone by email for support. My Asus tough gaming a15 laptop came with a 48 watt hour battery originally and it would die so fast that it was frustrating. I found the 90 watt hour battery with the correct connector for my laptop on this website and it lasts much longer. W The price was reasonable and the shipping wasn't too bad I think it took about a week to come in. The folks that run this company are also very knowledgeable when it comes to batteries. They are also very kind and respectful. When I had an issue with a battery I bought they corrected it for me no questions asked. I would highly recommend using this site to order a battery if you need one or your friends or family need a replacement. They will definitely have almost any type of battery that you can think of in stock! The picture is of the new 90 watt hour battery that I installed.

At first, I was a bit skeptical about ordering from this site after my laptop battery gave out but it was the only laptop battery shop site that had my exact battery model so I bought it from them. From the pics and video of the battery I was ordering, I thought it was going to be a bit big from my laptop but once I received the battery it fit perfectly and my laptop finally turned back on. I was satisfied and the new battery lasts so much longer than my old one. 5/5 would recommend this site.

These guys sell knock off batteries that don't fit! And good luck trying to return it! They say they have an easy return - not a chance. You have to spend $30+ to ship back to China! No immediate refund. Will most likely get stuck in customs. Total rip off. BUYER BEWARE! Find a legit company.

The were the only ones that helped me get the correct and great battery fir my Lenovo 330s. Came charged 100% and fit perfectly. Product was also packaged very well, only hold back was shipping time but with COVID that has to be expected and not their fault.

To be fair I have only used this battery for the last week or so, so it may be quick to assume that the battery is perfect. That being said going from my 5 year old HP 15 HS03 battery that couldn't run my laptop for more than 10 minutes to going well over 3 hours (which was how good the laptop's original battery mind you) was quite an upgrade. Shipping was about what they claimed (6-12 business days but mine came in around the 8th) so good on that front. I'm mostly happy I found this place because my battery for whatever reason was not available on the biggest online website (you know the one) which frustrated me a lot so much so I was willing to try this place out. Well so far I'm glad I did. All in all, no complaints here. For those interested I couldn't find the HS03 HP battery that outputs 11V anywhere, every major site only had the 14.8V variant which most likely would have fried my laptop (this is at least based off what other internet people have said so don't take my word for it).

It was difficult to find a replacement battery for my old tablet, until I came upon Laptop-battery-shop.com's website. They had the exact battery in stock, at a reasonable price, with the cost of shipping – from halfway around the world – included. I was a little reluctant to order from so far away, but took the chance, and it worked out well: I received the battery (along with free tools needed to remove the old battery) in two weeks, and my tablet's like new again.
