Laparkan has the worst customer service and shipment. Good quality and ensuring their customers are satisfied are not in their hearts. I ordered a number of items from different companies. I entered my private mailbox number but later found out that I should have omitted my mailbox number and requested the consolidation services since I have multiple packages. Upon being aware of this, I contacted Laparkan customer service before my packages were delivered but they refused to grant it. I expressed to them that I was new to shipping and they didn't even care, everything was "No, nothing could be done" no matter how I twisted or turned it. So, I must pay duty and other news on each item, even on a simple item like a headband.
Ship stuff to my family in November for Christmas and didn't get there till after Christmas one month after shipping and no one wants to say sorry or give u any satisfaction very unreliable will never ship with them again
I am writing this with so much Anger and Frustration. On the 4th of February 2022, i took my pick up truck along with other items to ship to Guyana. I was given the 8th of march as my E. T. A. I never receive my truck until mid April. At no time did i receive any form of communication from anyone at Laparkan informing me about the changes. Went to clear my truck in April only to find it completely Vandalize. My rear glass broken, my music system and dvd screens in the overhead console rip apart and taken. My glove box rip out from the dash and everything that could have been taken, gone. To date I'm getting the royal push around to The point i had to get a lawyer. Back in 2018 i had the same problem with a crate i ship to Guyana, again stuff was stolen from my crate valuing over 4800 us. i filed a claim but was never compensated up to this day. Answer: I would say they are a scam because barrels and containers are usually lost, items are damaged. There are no explanations for these issues and Laparkan is not apologetic, nor do they care for the inconveniences caused to their customers. Poor families are left unhappy and disappointed because they never received their medications, clothing and food sent by their relatives in NY.
