I would say they are a scam because barrels and containers are usually lost, items are damaged. There are no explanations for these issues and Laparkan is not apologetic, nor do they care for the inconveniences caused to their customers. Poor families are left unhappy and disappointed because they never received their medications, clothing and food sent by their relatives in NY.
