I am so surprised when I read some of these reports. Not just because people don't seem to be doing there research, but because people don't seem to be doing there research! Wow, in these times of uncertainty people seem to not be thinking about looking out for the family members who will be left with these trash lots, and who is getting there money, and shame on the people takeing advantage of this fact. Theilr day will come, it just seems it dosen't come fast enought.
I bought a piece of land in 2017 October 21 so far I've been making payments I am totally agree that they apply answers on this I got to do the best to keep my property and the only thing that I don't agree Is required to the county did you start record that I had till you paid it in full that's the only thing I don't agree because you want to make sure at the end it's going to be a clean title and there's gonna be no taxes late involved. But besides that I guess it is a good option to end it with a piece of land prices are cheaper that way payments options are good and I really appreciate that Landcentral thanks for your help.

Half of billybob comment is right but also the owner was right. I'm the proud owner of two property from them, true I saw the dream I'm not computer savvy the internet give me all the tools that I need to followtru.At that time I was watching a lot of tiny house and offered YouTube with is the very opposite of reality got my first raw land 5 hours Fr Miami I then rented a car to compared with Google Street View check the place at day and night, call and talk to the county. Yes I made a lot of mistake but the second was much easier because I recover and learn from the first one just as when you signed a rental lease read all fine print for poor people like my self I felt that they have the door wide open floating in the air are hopes, dreams, needs, wants and the why I'm 42 years with two kids nothing on my name paying rent every month car insurance no food stamp with a banking account keep at $10. I look at the door jumpthru, in my hand was dreams and needs. Just with that chance giving I'm working on the next one. Remember every business is there to make money every one must learned they needs, they do dilligence by calling the county, street view check other source of real-estate log or more information from the internet sucks as crime sexual predator, ethnicity and what you could tolerated on your future neighborhood. When I ran across land central and saw what they were offering, I was skeptical, so I steered away for a while. But the thought of owning my own land was something that I always wanted to do and I didn't have the best of credit history, so on my 5th time looking at the website and the land for sale I decided to go for it and went for some California land! At first I felt as if I made a mistake but quickly had revieved the needed paperwork in the mail, along with pictures, directions, and a history of the county and city and area of where my newly purchased land was! When ever I called with questions or concerns I was quickly answered with the utmost customer service and professionalism. Just two weeks ago and 4 years later I have paid off my land and I am very happy and satisfied with land central, I want to extend my gratitude to land central and all who were involved with my purchase, Thank you so very much for helping to make my desicion to purchase land one of the best choices I ever made, everything went smooth and easy! They sent me photos of the land that they are trying to sell, I made a downpayment on it. I personally checked the land, the photos that they sent me do not represent the piece of land they are selling. I went to the area's City Hall, spoke with the representative and I was told that its a swamp land. I cannot build anything on it, no sewage, no house because its a wet land. There was also an electrical tower imposed on the land. They didnt have this information on the internet. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS!.
I have never considered buying land in the past, but this was so easy that I just had to try it out
Purchased our 18 acres via contract for deed, which is how this outfit works. Price for the land was super cheap. Catch with this piece of property, NO legal ROW and NO road/access to property, which is why it was so cheap. Once you pay the land off, they have 30 day to get the deed transfered into your name, registered at the courthouse, and into you hands. Beware though, they have the option to sell the mineral rights any time before passing the deed along to you. IMHO, that's why the land can be cheap and why they make you wait 30 days before sending you the deed. For us, the cost of survey and acquiring legal ROW around 2500 on top of the 17K for 18 acres. This land is mostly flat on top of the mountain... so for us... We hit a home run with this deal. Like previous investers have said, Buyer beware! These folks purchase forclosures, tax deeds, etcc and get the land for pennies on the dollar, make their cut, and still leave some on the bone for you... but again, know what you're getting into. If you think that something should be EASY, think again, unless you're willing to pay top dollar, but that's a whole different story.
Answer: The reason why the land is so cheap is because they buy land on auctions and foreclosures... and then the customers have the change to make a good deal out of it. I bought my piece of land a couple of days ago for $3K (1.51 acres) in Rio Rico, Az. When I look at the land value thru the tax assessor's site I think a made a very good deal. I can only say i had a very good experience with them and I would certainly reccomend them to family and friends (which I already did and now my father-in-law is gonna be my neighbor there in Rio Rico!)

If the County is saying that they require a structure or building permits in order to assign an address then unfortunately there isn't any way around that.
