Illusional Lampeez

Love the idea of the illusion lamp, but my overall experience with lampeez was horrible and disappointing. I paid for express shipment to receive in 3 days. Two weeks later it was delivered. I kept emailing them, since no telephone number for contact and the only thing they emailed to say was "We are sorry for the delay". I didnt cancel the order because they wasn't offering a full refund. They was going to charge me for restocking fee and I would've had to pay a cost for cancellation. Please do not order from this company. Buyers beware.

I started with 1 order as a gift.(hockey player) Then I had to order order 2 more for myself (wine bottle and christmas tree) My next order is the basketball. I love the light it gives to small spaces around the house. I don't know what my next light will be

Dinosaur Lamp
September 13, 2020

I bought the dinosaur lamp for my 8 yr. Old grandson for Christmas. He absolutely loves it. He said it is one of the best presents I ever bought for him. It arrived exactly when expected and with no issues whatsoever. I will be looking for something similar for my granddaughter this Christmas.

Crap

Items are nothing like pictured. Wrong item was sent and when trying to make contact they don't answer the phone. Sent email stating we have to pay for shipping AND restocking even though they sent the wrong item! This company is garbage and the items are not worth it. Do not support scammers!

Scam site
December 13, 2018

This site is a scam stay away. Ordered four lights on Nov. 22 for x-mas presents. Nov. 29th received an e-mail stating a label has been printed from Fed-ex and was given a tracking number. I have checked that tracking number every day since and states the same thing. The lamps have still not been sent as of Dec. 13th. Filed a fraudulent claim with my card company. Lampeez charged my card the same night I placed the order. Please pass this on to all your friends out there to stay clear of this site.

I bought a sea turtle, Nov 30th it was delivered on Dec 20th and it was a hockey player.as. Christmas gift I had to buy something else. Tried to contact this company and no Ph# just an email which they did not respond to. So I am left with an item I do not want or need. I did receive an email for 10% off as an "Oops we made an mistake". What kind of business is this? Think twice before ordering from this company the item when opened was not even close to the picture shown... BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered 3 of these lamps as gifts; I loved the fact that they would appear to be 3-D when lit. When they arrived, they were simply etched plastic drawings, and when lit, there was no 3-D effect at all. What a rip-off! When I complained to the company that they were not as advertised and that I did not want to pay a "restocking fee" to return them, they offered me $10 to just keep them. I told them, "No thanks!" I would be embarrassed to give these as gift. I believe that this company posts its own positive reviews. Be warned...

I ordered two basketball lights for christmas and got two soccer balls instead the day after christmas. Since then I have tried to get the correct items. Phone call and service was worthless. I waited on line for three hours and never got to speak with anyone. I have sent emails and had one response which suggested that I already received the correct items which was wrong then I got sent a return slip so I returned the wrong items as instructed. That was over a week ago and i have heard nothing. Now I think I will have returned the wrong items and paid for items that I never received.
By the way the phone line is now disconnected.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this company. Not worth your hassle. No responsibility taken for their errors. Impersonal.

Whats the Problem?

I read reviews on this company and was scared I was not going to get my order. It came with in 3 days of ordering. It works perfect. I love it. Not sure why so many people complain, but I am very happy with my order!

I found the phone number on this site finally and called them after I email three times and sent two Facebook messages with no response. I was told the shipping Department lost my order but has now found it... Found it only after I called. The lady told me that she has gotten many complaints about the shipping Department. I will never use this company again. This is a Christmas gift and it won't get here in time for me to take it to the person it was for.

A really unique and very nice lamp. The only issue I have, after placing an order, there was no confirmation nor follow up when the item would be shipped.
I received the item after 2 weeks and very happy I ordered.

I received a Lampeez product as a gift. Hated it, tried to return it, and they take about 5 days between e-mails and DO NOT answer their phones. I gave them the date of purchase, the name of the purchaser, and her address. They use every delay tactic in the book. The worst customer relations ever. DO NOT BUY their products... they do not support them.

Bought two
September 17, 2020

I bought two of these for my musical friends. The guitar is in his man cave/music room and he loves it. Perfect for it. The second one I bought was for my musician girlfriend which is of a drum set and she loves it too. Was blown away when I sent it to her. Recommend both of these lights.

Run Fast! Very fast!

First time for everything. Do NOT purchase from this company. I wish I had done my homework. I ordered and paid for my Guitar lamp and haven't received. At first the company was responding then they stopped. I got suspicious when my product was sitting 10 minutes fron me for 7 days. The tracking then said it was on it's way to the next destination. You can never get through to them. I started emailing and at first they were responding back to give more time. Finally, they stopped all together. I've contacted BBB. Also, will be contacting VISA.

I ordered 3 lamps as gifts. I looked at the designs when they arrived, but it wasn't until I gave them to my relatives and they were placed in the lightbase did the scratches show up.
The eagle had multiple small scratches and the German Shepherd had a 2" scratch from ear to ear. I asked if the German Shepherd could be replaced as the condition was so bad and the response I got was "Our lamp comes with 14 days policy.We cannot pursue with your claim."

No sorry for our poor workmanship. I had planned on buying more as Christmas presents, but they have lost a customer.

Same issues as listed by many other reviewers. I hope I can help with the info listed below!

*******821- I think this might be the owner's cell phone number. I had to look up the transaction with my bank so I could dispute the charge (no contact after placing the order). This was a phone number connected to the transaction. When I called the number, a lady answered and she did help me. I live in Texas, not far from their warehouse, and she helped me track down my order and offered to let me come get it if it hadn't shipped yet (it did ship, I was just not notified).

*******699- this is the customer service number she wanted me to call. I didn't get that far as I insisted on resolving the matter with her on her cell.

Hope this helps some of you trying to find your order!

Rip Off Artist

Ordered 2 lamps on Dec 7th and never received them. Emailed them since they have no phone number to call. Never received response from them as of 12/26. Reporting them to Better Business Bureau and calling my bank to dispute transaction. UPS shows shipping label created and USPS shows sent to Colony TX. With an alert by tracking number and can find no record of tracking #. DO NOT order from this company.

This is a bad joke. I received my Christmas tree today and I wondered how it could come in such a small box until I opened the box to see it is a piece of clear plastic or acrylic with a base with a slit in it to stand the plastic tree in and there's a button to turn the light on. What a total misrepresentation of a product. I'm not even going to waste my time returning it - it will be put in the garbage and chalked up as a lesson learned.

Their products are really unique. I ordered 6, and one of them arrived broken, and also got one wrong. But they sent me a return label, and quickly shipped the two lamps. It did take a couple of days to respond, but once they got to it, they did make it right.

Peace sign lamp.

You advertise you want feedback. Recently I sent a feedback on the peace sign lamp. I spent $200.00 on lamps I had trouble with one lamp and filed a claim and all you can say is take a picture of it. Beside marks on the plastic the light won't stay on. I called a get a recording with a poor excuse that everyone is working from home. You have a good product but your policy on handling defective items is terrible and unprofessional.
