Was good. Got here at a decent time. Like the rings I got.
The item purchased was described as a dark blue sapphire ring. The item received was teal/aquamarine with two blemishes in the stone. I have contacted customer service to return the item for refund and have not received instructions to date. I'm very disappointed
Overall good but a long unexpected wait sit, from my understanding I received my ring as soon as possible

I did not know that there was processing time before shipping, no big deal, but it would have been nice to have that in larger print to see. I also never received a tracking email, just one saying that it should be in my mailbox now or within 48 hours.
The ring looks nothing like it did on the website. And it's not a true size 7 it's smaller
Experience was terrible. Ordered Before Christmas said it was two day shipping but it was not. Then I kept getting the same old message email to me that it had to be processed first
