Although the ring is exactly what I wanted and order, being there was no customized request done, it was just a size 7.5 that I ordered, I feel it took WAY too long to recieve. However, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my ring!

Do not like your product lousy craftsmanship do not like your product at all I would like to have my money back.

Shipping time was good as I did choose to have them engraved and the rings look amazing and feel great!

Absolutely love buying from this jeweler! The quality of rings never disappoints! They don't say they don't turn green I've had one for over three years and it still looks real and new.

This order took longer than I expected with no communication from the site. When the order was placed it stated eta would be 7-10 days instead it was just shy (1 day) of being 4 weeks. Totally unacceptable! Also, did not realize this ring would be so large.

Ring took around 1 month and some to arrive. I have not done a detail inspection on it yet but I really hope it's worth it.

I'm sorry but the way you dealt with me led me to believe you are scammers. After a reasonable amount of time (1month), I emailed you several times asking where my order was as my credit card was charged immediately. I never got a response. I finally filed a claim to my credit card company. I searched the internet and your email address was listed as fraudulent. I will never do business with an Instagram or Facebook vendor again. ALL SCAMS!

I waited nearly a month to receive my package. I got it just today when I had originally ordered it February 1. If I had not gotten it today I would have demanded my money back. It is the sad truth but on a good note I do love the product it's beautiful it fits perfectly but in the future I don't think I'll be using this system ever again I'll be ordering my jewelry from someplace else.
