It was a simple process to find specifically gold metal jewelery and a nice setting type. Adding to the cart was about three steps. Pick size (whether or not you want to engrave and add to cart. When it was time to check out. There were multiple quick and easy ways. It took about 7 days from checkout to arrival. I didn't expect the center stone to be as large as it was. It was quite gaudy because I mistook the center stone size for ring millimeter (I did the paper ring method for measuring.) When I got it and tried it on for a couple days I realized it was my reason for disliking it and I couldn't return or exchange it simply because I had cut the tag off. It was really disappointing. The ring was otherwise just as I'd bought it.

Black already coming off the ring. Ring is cheaply made. Brass it looks like under the black. Waiting for her finger to turn green. Looked good the day it arrived. Within 2 weeks it's coming apart

The original response to my email question was slow, but since then Joy has been very responsive and helpful. In fact, Joy was a joy to work with! Very helpful and followed through with her promise to make sure the ring was sized correctly.

Seeing the photo of the ring in the ad I saw, I thought maybe there was some enhancement to make the large white sapphire appear more sparkly. On receipt of the ring, I was impressed by the perfect cut and polish - and the refraction and sparkle! The thing looks like a Diamond! It's gorgeous! And the whole ring is perfect! Couldn't be happier!

The coloring of the stones are not as pictured. They look extremely fake an undesirable. I will definitely not be wearing any of the rings that I purchased.
