I did not receive an engraving when one was part of the order

The tracking information was horrible. Had no way of knowing where my gift was. Paid extra for 3 day shipping... it took over a month to get it. The ring was great but I'll never buy from you again

I love all of the options Lajerrio offers. There was a heart setting I wish they offered with other styles since hearts are my husbands signature choice for all of my jewelry, but overall they have a good selection of products to choose from. On some of there pieces I wish they would list a caret size as online shopping can be hard especially when you cant see the ring on someone's hand or in person. So you can't always tell the true scale.

My only real complaint is the shipping. Regardless if I pay express shipping or get regular shipping my rings both took about the exact amount of time to arrive. It just depended on how long it sat in the "production/preparation" phase.

Easy purchase - very pretty on but bigger than I expected.

The size that I ordered of the men's ring it's smaller than the actual size. Now I'm stuck with a ring that I won't be able to use at all! Not happy about it

The rings were beautiful the couple rings with the hearts were smaller then expected and can't really see the diamonds on the female one but good for the price the shipping took way longer then it should have considering I paid $25 for the fastest shipping and my friend who got the free shipping received hers before me. The company is refunding most of the money for the shipping because of the time it took and I think the customer service has been amazing with everything. Overall I would probably go through them again as long as the rings hold up so far no issues but it's only been a couple days.

Assested gems by jeweler.Not real sapphires. Looked like costume rings.Return policy is very poor.Responce time to me was terrible.Took a month to get my orders.Very unsatisfied.

Paid $25.00 for expedited shipping, 3 to 5 business days. It took over two weeks twice as long as what I thought for the additional $25 for shipping.

Not what I was expecting stone on top way too big Diamond on side not as large as expected plus ring size is too big. But the quality is excellent would like to return and choose a different ring. Thanks

Items is excellent. Takes some time, so be patient. Customer service also takes a bit but they do answer emails. All in all, good place to shop.

You gave me the option to expedite by charging $25 for shipping. I did not get my package as indicated, and received it 32 days later. Very disappointed because I contacted customer service and was not offered any resolve to this matter.
