Picture looked like the product was a resin on wood piece. It was actually just a printed picture. Literally gross and tacky and not worth the money, but no worth returning. BAD.

Very long wait. Wrong ring. Wrong size. Won't do it again
The ring looked exactly like I wanted it to. It was the size I anticipated it to be, but the only issue was that the black coating came off in a couple of days. When I didn't see anything about it being a polish finish. But other than that the product was outstanding.
The quality and workmanship is excellent. I received my jewelry in beautiful packaging too.
