Beware! Do Not use

LabCorp's website is difficult to navigate. Once I finally made an appointment two weeks out, I arrived to a full waiting room. It didn't take me long to notice that the receptionist was ALONE in the office managing all the functions. She was near breaking point and actually started crying when taking my blood. I sent an email to customer service only to be calmed that my results were available. This is shameful for a company to have both disregard for their employees and for their patients. I will not return here.

Labcorp sucks. Their customer service is atrocious- from making it very hard to speak to a live rep, to a rep who was most unhelpful... terrible service

Pathetic
November 25, 2020

Waited for lab results for 7 days; never came through. Contacted them by email, no response... until i said i would be disputting the charges. Then i received an email saying I had reviewed my results...?! No, I hadnt and STILL had not at that time of that email. Never again with this place.

False Claims

LHI/Optum uses labcorp to do their COVID testing. Supposed to have results in 48-72 hrs. Here I am 6 days later and still no results. I'll not test again, thanks to them.

If you plan to go someplace where they meet you, help with your KIOSK because you are new or expect some for of dignity. Change labs. I have seen the face of a mature lady just wanting to check in but the person at the desk could not figure out which test tubes to use for her. She saw the line up and was getting nervous. The veteran of WWII who needed help, I helped him with the KIOSK and then told him I would ask the person at the desk,,, who quipped it not my job to get help for others...

They forget that all of us who go there are doing at the request of a medical provider and just want to find what is going on not really there to be berated buy a lab tech. I think if Kootenai Health providers would go there and be treated like this they may seek resoluition. I have called my providers and told them to change labs.

Blood test

Horrible! I got a bruise on my arm. I had my arm sore for many days. I had to miss work because I was unable to raise my arm.
It was the second time visit with Labcorp, the both time I got a bruise on my arms

The Technician Tara is amazing, she really have "angel hands"! I get nervous when have to do a blood work because my veins are deep and difficult to find, but found it very quickly and don't even felt the niddle

The worst place ever! I 'v had my blood work done over 2 weeks ago and they still didn't send my results to my doctor. I've called multiple times but it is impossible to get a real person on the phone you only can leave a voice mail which I have had multiple times and nobody calls me back! I also did go there twice since the personnel is not trained on the system and were not able to pull out my doctor's order.

Worst company!

I went to do the covid19 test at 10am as they scheduled it for me 4 days before.
When I arrived the officer told me i have 3 hours wait despite the appointment i lost my day at work then my turn came after about 4 hours. I haven't got any results and when i called they told me they lost my results.
Unprofessional and don't even deserve 1 star they r wasting government money!

RUDE AT LABCORP

I WENT FOR BLOOD WORK 7AM 11/07/20 WALKED IN AND THE WOMAN AT THE DESK WAS YELLING AT ME TO SIGN IN. I SAID OK REAL COMELY. THEN SHE WAS RUDE AND STARTED YELLING AT ME TO GO IN ROOM 1. SO I DID. I STARTED TO ASK A QUESTION AND SHE SHUT ME DOWN AND SAID I HAVE NO TIME TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS. THE WOMAN'S NAME IS TERRI MINTER. SHE IS ANS WAS SO unprofessional.

Terrible Communication

Avoid using labcorp if possible. After my appointment, I did not receive an invoice for several weeks. When I did finally receive an invoice it was for the incorrect amount, much much more than my actual balance as they "forgot" to take off for my insurance benefits. After a long phone call correcting the amount, I am told I will receive a new statement soon. 6+ weeks later I finally receive my new invoice but it says my balance is "seriously past due" even though it is the first accurate statement I had received. Completely inappropriate and unprofessional.

I have been billed for a service I did not receive in excess of $800. Not only have they been unable to locate any record of this transaction, they have not been forthcoming or helpful at all! After 6 weeks, several claims via email, phone and post, I still have not received a reimbursement. I have had to file a claim with my bank and get a laywer involved to clean up labcorp's mess. This lab, their billing and customer service is a joke.
While friendly, the staff in Herndon was completely incompetent. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Are you kidding me

Went to the Pennsburg office and the girl was New with no one there to help her help me and when finally some lady comes out and see's I'm having a problems signing in she's very angry like how dare I take her away from whatever she was doing. So I left and went to the Quakertown office and again there sign in machine was not working right and the black man says there is No other way for us to help you until you sign in and I say; well what if I was a BLM member or an illegal alien? That didn't go over so well so I just left. So like ARE YOU KIDDING ME?

Excellent tech

I visited the Labcorp in Pembroke Pines ******* and I can't believe the great customer service I received. There was an excellent tech his name was Carlos. If you are scared to get your blood taken you need to visit Carlos. He made me and my son feel comfortable and his energy was amazing. I noticed people wouldn't request him too.

No profesional at all

The technician were not profesional, I was on the room waiting for the technician who call me first and assign the room 3; other technician took me out of the room to take another patient; I felt so bad because she did that if I was first and the way she did. After that the technician a woman from India harm my arm insert the needle to took my blood out and like stop to coming out she just moved the needle many times ( twisting the needle inside my vein) causing pain and ripe my Blood's vases. I never come back again to this labcorp people there so rude and unprofessional.

The routine lab test take to long to be provided to the requesting physician. I am waiting for results to be provided to the physician (right now) so I can schedule surgery. When you try to contact the lab, the answering system is full and you can't leave a message or talk to a person. Very unhappy with their customer service.

This company Bought out a small one that was local in my area the Quad cities Illinois and Iowa. One out a small one that was local in my area the Quad cities of Illinois and Iowa The local people that work there are very nice and friendly, however the company is horrible! Customer Service is a joke and even when you call Lynn they don't have any of your information. It's taken two weeks now for me to get results that I needed because my doctor was out of town and I take medication based on my blood work. I wish they would leave the area and someone else will take over for them absolutely the worst lab company I've ever used.

Not Safe!

I felt exposed and unsafe by LabCorp--there was no social distancing at all in a very crowded and small indoor waiting room, with several patients not wearing masks or not wearing them properly. And this, at a supposed medical facility during a pandemic! My local coffee shop takes more precautions.

Great experience

This was my second time going to labcorp and both times they were so nice, helpful and sweet. I don't normally leave reviews but they really deserve a great review for going above and beyond to make me feel comfortable! As far as covid goes, the chairs are spaced out so you have 6 ft between and you can also have them text you when they are ready to see you, so you can wait outside if you prefer.
