I feel like my Saturday was ruined by their negativity. I have insurance and even with that I was asked for my credit card so if the insurance company doesn't pay, they'll charge me $50. But the wording on the page doesn't match what the clerk said. You'll only be charged $50. But the paper says Should there be any remaining balance after your credit card is charged, LabCorp will bill you and you will be responsible for paying these remaining charges. Do these people have transparent prices with legal wording like this? Or do they charge different people differently? Then the guy drawing my blood was asking me what my deductible is so he could justify my card being swiped. I never pay my doctors day of unless it is a copayment. It's incredibly shady. I've made a mental note of every word I spoke with these people just in case.

This girl came up out of no where saying her baby is mine there was 5 other possibilities, so I got a test done and mine and someone else came back positive, went to court and that kid isn't mine

I was referred by my medical provider for labs. Called twice a week before my appointment which was a three hour drive away. Both times I was told I'd receive a call back neither happened. I called and found a labcorp who said on paper and on voicemail they were open and accepted walk-ins no appointment nessesary. When I showed up they were closed. I called the main number and they told me the same lab was the only one open. I assured here there was no one there. No help no lab draw. Going to call my referring provider and tell them no thanks on labcorp.

Excellent Service

My blood was drawn by Tamera Strother, who is at the Adventist Health Care in Germantown, MD. I have very small veins so most of the time it is hard to draw blood from me. It sometimes takes 2 or 3 tries. Ms. Strother was able to get it on the first try. She was very pleasant and kind. This was my first time at this office and by the excellent care provided by Ms. Strother, I plan to make this office my home.

Covid test results
January 14, 2021

I took my covid test pcr on January 7th and it says it takes 2-3 days for results to come back, i waited till day 4 and nothing came back so i called and they said i have to wait till after 5 days so i did and then called and it looks like they lost my sample and i was doing this for travel purposes and of course i wasn't allowed to enter the country so they costed me thousands of dollars cause their lack of responsibility. Worst lab ever.

Not so sure

I am a huge wimp. I hate blood draws and can honestly say I never have a good experience. I took a chance and went to Walgreens to try Labcorp. I was not sure what to expect from a drugstore. Terri was AMAZING. One stick, no bruise and no tears. I am amazed and will definately be back. Thank You!

Called *******4722. The lady is very mean. Then told me I can not get my test result from the lab. Only way to get it from my family doctor. I do my blood test every year and get the result from labs every year. This is I first time to use the lab, very bad feeling!

Shelly bench labcorp

Me and my husband went to lab corp for a routine blood work, we are wearing gloves which we disinfected before going out the car and again at the front desk. I was talking with the technician and was interrupted by a white employee accusing me of bringing bacteria because of my gloves, i told her that these gloves are disinfected right infront of the technician but she didn't stop thrre she said that i touched tge desk, use the pen, etc. that im spreading the bacteria which I haven't touch anything because my husband was the one checking in the kiosk. But when my huband wipe 2 chairs for us, the disinfected chairs she was talking about are so dirty, I took video of it. When we showed these to how dirty the chairs are she tld us to leave! I've been using labcorp for my test but with this kind of employee accusing of bringing bacteria is unbelievable!

Slow results

Found staff at local collection site pleasant, and courteous.
On the negative, if testing isn't done at on site location, dont expect to have your results in a timely manner. Example; Covid 19 pcr test, 5 days and counting waiting on results.
CVS, results for covid 19 pcr test, 2 days for results, including Christmas day. CVS uses a third party lab, and results are back in 1/3 the time.
Contacted labcorps main number to be told, I'm sorry about your position. They should be apologizing for my using their services.

I have been to LabCorp.and I don't even want to give one star. It would be a -150.The front desk people are rude. Not only with me but they were rude to all other customers. They should understand that many of the customers are patients and they should be polite. They don't even pick up a call. If they pick a call they will put it aside and not answer. They show as if they are busy but they are not.
I saw two front desk people just sitting and chatting. I asked them to check if they have received a fax order from my doctor. WIthout even looking at the fax machine, they said they have not received it. I called my doctor, she said they have sent it and it shows that LabCorp has received it. I again went at the front desk, and rudely they replied we have not received it. I asked them can you refresh it and check... after forcing them thrice, they refreshed it and my lab order was there. They did not even had courtesy to say sorry.
I am not going to step into this pathetic lab ever and don't recommend it to anyone on this planet.

There errors cost you

Been getting the same bloodwork since 2013 every three months they make a mistake with coding sending trill to Medicare they bill me for $66 when speaking to them they say it's a coding error they'll correct it and resubmit it to Medicare Then next thing you know it's on my credit report they sent it collection
When you speak to billing now they don't know what to do they keep saying the research it and get back they never dO
I guess this is the way they treat the elderly on Medicare were not that important anymore

Every time we've come to this facility they've lost the information that my doctor has faxed in. The workers have the worst attitude and are never helpful in the slightest. We came here at 3:00 and had to wait until closing to see if our doctor could fax them the information again with no success. Even while I was sitting in the waiting room today, one of the other women in the waiting room told me she was there because they literally lost her blood test from the last time she was there. She was worried because her condition was becoming more severe and now she'll have to wait even longer to be treated all because they can't keep up with anything at this facility. They lose everything here whether it be your paperwork or your actual test! Save yourself the time and energy (And the uncertainty of not knowing where your test has disappeared to)

Ask for Cornelio

I get so happy and grateful when I go for a blood test and I see this wonderful technician named Cornelio. He is very experienced and know exactly how to draw your blood without any pain, I swear that I don't even feel the pinch of the needle.
I recommend to everyone to ask for this guy when you visit the fairfax labcorp.

I had a 12:00 PM appointment at the lab located at ******* Long Neck Rd. In Millsboro, DE. The technician was less than customer friendly. After some discussion about issues related to two scripts for my blood work, he directed me to the pod where the procedure would take place. I asked him to take the sample from my hand because the veins in my arm aren't good candidates. I am 65 years old and certainly know my body at this stage of the game. He insisted on taking the blood from my arm. Not only was the needle insertion painful, look at the way he bandaged the extraction site! Will never go there again.

Went to a Lab Corp location on Silverada in Reno, NV. Terrible! I'm over 60 and I happened to chuckle a bit. The tech was a snotty b_tch. She said "we're not here for a gigglefest". Oh, REALLY?! I now use the location on Baring in Sparks, NV, and it's very good.

Took a test via Walgreens. Explained to them the need for the results within 48 hours due to travel outside the US. Called four times, four different responses. None were caring or concerned or empathetic with the fact that the flight was changed twice. Then the last response was very contradicting to all the others calls before. Now, the results were going to be ready within 5 days. Is this a scam or what? I went somewhere else were my business is appreciated. Seriously, you are taking advantage of a pandemic for your own gain.

Buyer Beware

Do not expect to get your covid lab results in a timely fashion (if at all). I took the 72hr covid test and never received my results until I called the company (hours after the 72hr deadline). I ended up having to cancel my trip (no refund) because this company didn't have the common courtesy to notify me of my results.
The individual whom I contacted in trying to get my results was polite (hence the one star), but just stay away from using this company if at all possible. Very poor customer service.

Went to sign up for covid antibody testing (i'm located in a metropolitan area - 3 miilion +). After registering and after they charge you $10 when I go to make an appointment, find out the antibody test is only at 1 location in the metropolitan area and the soonest available appointment was more than 6 weeks out. Of course the $10 they charge you is not refundable. Called customer service and was told I should know where the LabCorp locations are (there are multiple locations, however, only 1 does the antibody testing).
