Krispy Kreme

I bought a dozen filled donuts(custard). I spent $17+. There was hardly any filling in the donuts and they were not fresh.That will be the last time I spend my hard earned money there! I am a KK rewards member but didn't get any reward points for this purchase?

I was given a box of an assortment of doughnuts. To my horror, they consisted of sugar, starch and fat with no redeeming ingredients. Just right for obese Americans, young and old. I recognize that doughnuts are not a healthy item, but they can be of better quality. When in need of some, I go to Dunkin Doughnuts. Their products are far superior.

Their donuts are fantastic!

The donuts stay fresh and moist for several days. I am not too sure how they do it but they do it very well.

I hope they come to North Olmsted, Ohio soon. The donuts in this area are generally terrible to say the least.

I love Krispy Kreme donuts but I am going to be going elsewhere from now on because the lobby is always closed. I use the bus as do many people and I was at our local Krispy Kreme at around 11:50 a.m. 4/1/2023 looking forward to getting some donuts to bring home and so were other people and we couldn't get in because it was closed and we have to have a car to go through the drive through. Your service is probably eventually going to shut you down again. Unbelievable so many of us using public transporation cannot get in and I am not $40.00 for delivery of 1 dozen donuts.

Spent $30.00 for 2 dozen original glazed doughnuts today & when I asked why they didn't have any blueberry cake or chocolate cake doughnuts anymore, I was told "we don't make the doughnuts from scratch, we only receive what comes from the factory and the factory isn't making those doughnuts anymore." Whoever is making the decisions regarding the types of doughnuts that are being offered needs to know that not everyone likes raised doughnuts and if a consumer is going to pay $15.00 for a dozen doughnuts, there are better choices in the Albuquerque market like Glazed Grinders, Amy's Donuts, or even Dunkin Donuts. These large companies need to realize that now, more than ever, they should do their best to retain their customers, and for what's it worth, this consumer will never purchase Krispy Kreme doughnuts again.

The last four trips that I have made to Krispy Kreme have been terrible. The product is stale sometimes the donuts are not even cooked inside and the custard is lumpy and taste funny. I went there today and got a mocha chocolate coffee I actually threw up after the first drink. It was terrible there was hardly any ice in it and taste it like water with sugar in it And a little bit of coffee. Going to take a break from Krispy Kreme for a while. The donuts used to be delicious they are now leftover stale remnants of what they used to be. I don't think I've ever seen the hot light on before 11 PM. Which is too late for fresh donuts.

Ierah provided an outstanding service this morning at the Rockville store location. I picked up two dozens for a nearby Rehab center, and would gladly return if I knew Ierah I was working. She's exceptionally delightful, patient and graceful in every way!

I thought it would nice since I was in the area where there was a Krispy Kreme to get donuts for family and for work. What a disappointment.they looked small and deflated.so much so I decided not to drop them off at work. I tried one when I got home.and the grease it left on the roof of my mouth was disgusting. I went to Krispy Kreme on Celanese Road in Rock Hill today to get donuts for my son's 3 rd grade class for Halloween. I wanted 2 dozen of Scooby Doo donuts. Gentleman told me there weren't enough. I counted 23 donuts with Mystery Machine so said I wanted those and was going to pick one other. He told me he couldn't do that which is probably what he was instructed. However, there weren't any of the cookies and crème which he said had to be a combination. If that's so then should've had some made so i could get selection. However if I'm paying $40 for 2 dozen donuts and y'all don't have what I want, then I don't understand why exception couldn't be made. I ended up leaving and finding donuts elsewhere. I love Krispy Kreme but very unsatisfied with visit and will always go elsewhere first since so many other donut shops in area.

Went through the drive-through in N Oklahoma City early this morning to order 3 different doughnuts. Was told they didn't have blueberry cake doughnuts so I just purchased the other 2 that I wanted to try. Those 2 doughnuts cost 3.89, and at that time of day I expected them to be warm and soft but they were not. They tasted fine but they were cool and the texture was a little dry and stiff like they had been sitting around awhile. It was a let down for me and definitely not worth the price. It was my first experience with Krispy Kreme and I won't be back

I am a member of the Krispy Kreme club and get coupons on my email on a weekly basis. I got a coupon today offering "any dozen" for $6.99 and I could get up to 4 dozen. As soon as I started ordering, I was told the "any dozen" did not include any of the "premium" flavors. Basically, "any dozen" ONLY includes glazed, basic creme filled and jelly. Nothing else.

This was a coupon sent from the company to their club members and it said "any dozen." I reviewed the fine print and it only said it could be used for up to 4 dozen, good this weekend only. It doesn't mention any restrictions whatsoever.

So, Krispy Kreme, you are engaged in lying and bait and switch with your customers. Really? That's the way you want to treat people?

I first had KK in 1968. Got them today and giggled like a 12 YO, ate 2 in the car before pulling out to head home. Exactly as I remembered them. 52 years later and they are still the same.

Hot and NOW means right off the conveyor. And that's where they came from. Right into the box.

All of these 1 star reviews are nuts. Not sure what these people are expecting. KK specializes in hot glazed donuts. I challenge anyone to find a better donut for less than a buck.

Went in today 03/17/2022 and only 1 lady was working. She was rocking it all by herself and man was she good! She was the manager and I had an order for 9 dozen this am and the drive thru was packed. Management really needs to recognize her and give her a bonus for today. This is for the location at 3201 W. Indian school. Thank you so much for all you are doing today!

I went in to grab a coffee and a couple of donuts and there were two young ladies working alone! They looked new considering the fact they had a difficult time with the cash register! The line was building up but they two young ladies tried going as fast as possible. No complaints about the two young ladies I just wonder where were the managers?!
