I thought I have lost all hope of trading, because my accounts was locked with 5000$ inside I contacted the support system for their guidance on how I will unlocked my account but I never get a reply from them, all thanks to 'edge top hub.digital'' who come to my aid and I get my money back within few days I also pay for a recovery fee which I don't regrets of paying, I'm really happy.

Kracken has poor customer service i have sent money through Kracken before and all of a sudden they decided to close my account for no reason and tell me why they ate not a very good company to do business with stay away from them they wouldn't even work with me on this they don't treat their customers very well at all I would not recommend them at all

After contacting customer service to inquire about the pending withdrawal, I was informed that in order to proceed, I needed to deposit 20% of the withdrawal amount as a reload withdrawal fee. I just realized that I was scammed of my hard earned money by this platform because I tried everything possible but customer support is demanding for more fees which I decline. I got support with. Tr a d e r e p o r t. O r g Which claim back all I lost with ease

KYC process is extremely ridiculous. I have to send many pictures of my holding a paper and my ID but they still don't want to process it. They want me to keep doing that again and again. I have never encountered such a bad customer support like this. I highly don't recommend to use this.

I started with investing $350,000 and went up to professional and when I tried to withdraw, nothing happened, they didnt pay me. And the site went down. Luckily i came accross a forensic expert who helped me recover my lost funds. I'd recommend the expert that helped me recover mine to anyone who has been scammed. Withdrawal fees are too much. BULL$#*!. For buy crypto or deposit fiat its not a problem but when you want withdrawal all is locked and when its unlocked you must paid 50€ of withdrawal fee. BULL$#*!

I tried to exchange crypto in this platform($#*!) but they block my account so that I couldn't withdraw my crypto. So I called $#*! support but they told me their support team would reply via email. But there was NO any email from this S-H-I-T guys
I am afraid if this $#*! guys has ability to solve this issue and they are playing game with our fund...

I deposited 20,000 CHF from my bank to Kraken, bought Ethereum and I tried to send it to my cold wallet. Instantly they blocked my transaction and sent me an email letting me know that they will close my account, that this is non-negotiable and that I have 72 hours to withdraw money to my bank. I get it, you don't like competition, and you prefer to hold my money on your platfrom. So, I complied, I sold crypto, lost 1800 CHF doing that, tried to put in my bank details but they are not allowing me to add them so I cannot initiate the withdrawal and I am running out of time. In a few hours I will be locked out of my account and my money will be gone with them. DON'T TRUST THEM, DON'T WORK WITH THEM. THESE ARE PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS THAT ARE AFTER PEOPLE'S MONEY, I HAVEN'T SLEPT IN 3 DAYS

Do you not waste your time or your money on Kraken! I gave them my private information, they jerked me around, they sent me all kinds of confusing messages like Account activated, you're now intermediate, while they're having me pose with a note and an ID, and then they tell me they're closing my account and they can't tell me why for security reasons! They can pick whom they want as a customer, but a number of people had the same complaint in reviews!
Fortunately I didn't lose any money, even though a number of people that wrote reviews have, or have had to wait long periods of time to get it back, or they just had it stuck in limbo and they don't know what's happening with it!
Something is not right with Kraken, they're either extremely disorganized, their staff doesn't know what they're doing, or they're just plain up to no good! What are they doing with all this private information that they get from people and then boot them off their site? Do they destroy it? Hopefully they do but who knows!

I bought ETH from them and I never received it even after filing several compliants which I never received any response to not until I reported to reimburse solutions. Tech was I able to get my money back... No ETH was ever received.

BEWARE - I've been a customer of Kraken for almost 2 years. All of a sudden Kraken closed my account however, the email they sent ended up in spam so I was unaware of the closure. I made a bank deposit of almost 700 GBP however i was no longer able to log in. When i tried i was asked to contact support. I contacted them via email multiple times as well as over the phone but a week later i still have no response.

Just now I am reading 100s of reviews and feedback on Reddit warning people that Kraken is closing accounts left and right and stealing peoples funds.

Since they are located in the USA they do this mostly to accounts in Europe, The UK and other countries.

Sadly I fell a victim of Kraken and O doubt I'll ever see my £700 GBP again.

If you are with Kraken BEWARE your account can be closed at any time and you can say goodbye to your funds.

If you think of joining Kraken BEWARE and read the reviews and 1000s of stories of Reddit and other forums confirming the same scenario as mine.

I opened an account with Kraken in order to purchase and send funds to my trading account as they were one of the few that handles USDT TRC20. They told me that it would be much cheaper to do a wire transfer instead of purchasing crypto outright.

It worked fine two times then the third time the funds in the wire transfer did not show in my portfolio after it showed on my online bank statement that it had cleared my bank. When I contacted customer service about it I was told they had closed my account and I could no longer use their services (Ticket # *******). When I asked what I had done wrong they said they cannot reveal anything due to "security and compliance" issues and they would be refunding my money. When I said, "What about the $30 fee my bank charged me for the wire transfer?" they said they do not refund fees. I received my refund with an additional $4 deducted for only God knows what so they basically stole $34 from me. Upon further investigation on various online reviews sites I found this is a typical antic of theirs after suggesting that their "customers" use wire transfers to deposit cash instead of buy crypto coins on the site.

I've moved $43 to my Binance account only to have $18 it doesnt show you fee when transferring. Scam company should of expected it. Don't sign up, Better alternatives are Binance or Crypto.com

STay away! It's a scamm!. I deposited my cash to Kraken Bitcoin Exchange without any problems, but the moment I request a withdrawal, they blocked my account for no reason.
I have provided all the information requested from me to unlock my account, yet they were still holding my money putting out that i did something wrong on my account. Although I have gotten my money back now,
But this was only after I used the services of fundre coup__ AT__ protonmail -com, they helped me get my money back from Kraken Bitcoin Exchange.
If you value your cash, STay away from Kraken Bitcoin Exchange.

I hope withdraw could be fast, and it will spend me few weeks, i don't why it's frozen. Need more feedback.

They used #SHIBARMY for free advertisement, they lied about adding shiba inu. I dont want to use platform that doing something like this to their customers.

I wanted to start using Kraken to purchase cryptocurrencies. I tried to connect my bank for ACH information and when I did they asked of for Additional KYC information.

After I provided everything they requested (no bank info) I got notified that my account was being closed within 72 hrs and that I needed to withdraw all funds from the account. When I asked for an explanation all I got was, "We know how your feel", "We understand your frustration." (Bravo Sierra)

I can understand for closing my account for any reason, but not providing a reason and telling me "We know how you feel" is more frustrating then telling me we are going to close your account because we do not want your business or whatever.

If they do not want my business... fine. I will go somewhere else, but taking my KYC information and not providing me with an explanation deserves a negative star and a SCAM warning.
