Purchased something small from this site just to test it. They give you a tracking number but the item never goes anywhere. Luckily I paid with paypal and they refunded my money after I waited close to two months for my item to arrive. Kookua customer service just kept telling me to wait and that it was coming.
You can't ever get ahold of them. I havfe been waiting for my order for about 14 days so far. They told me it takes 5-15 days. I spent about $350.00 and have yet to receive any comments on when my order will arrive, even though I repeatedly try to get ahold of them. I don't know if i am being scammed or not.
DO NOT BUY From them! Service never emails or responds... their 24 hour customer service tells you the same thing over and over! Thank god I only had $8.00 of items questioned, but they are a fraud!
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I haven't recieved my products, they gave me a tracking number and when I go on the site to "track" my products there is no order found. So I called my bank and disputed the charge! Lets see if that gets their attention...
Idk about you guys but Ive had a good experience with these guys. I bought my phitens off of here, and they didnt arrive in 5-15 business days which is why its not the best rating. The necklaces were verrry inexpensive compared to ebay or any other site. I ordered 3 of them, and they did get one of the colors wrong, so I emailed them and they offered to send me one on my next order for free and I don't even have to send in my old one. Im happy with their service! I just recommend not buying any electronics off this site, I heard they arent legit
Where do I begin? The site says the product will ship in 3 days. It does not mention it will ship from China and take an additional 2 weeks to arrive. The site boasts 24 hour customer support. I have never been able to reach live support, regardless of the day or time at which I try. When my product finally did arrive, it was broken. They asked me to send a picture, which I did. They asked me to return the product, which I did, and which cost $36. Weeks later, they had received the product, but did not contact me. When I contacted them, their only solution was for me to place another order (at my cost), and they would send me a new product and the old, broken one. THREE MONTHS AND 26 EMAILS LATER, after threatening legal action, Kookua finally refunded the purchase price, but refused to refund the postage, as they had promised. I BEG YOU NOT TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. This is a scam.
Ordered two phiten necklaces from them on nov 29th and was told ten businesses days to get to ohio... 58 days later and many many emails to them it got here. In the emails was told it will be any day now that the weather was bad and delayed shipping. Then was told it was shipped and they weren't responsible any further. So we threatened to call the bbb and paypal and all of a sudden it was here in 3 days. Of course it isn't what we ordered. NEVER EVER deal with this company... SCAM
Placed an order, they sent a tracking # for EMS that should be available in 48 hours, 9days later still nothing shown on EMS. E-mailed Kookua 3 times since and no response. Is this a scam?
Totally Scam site. Fake product. I bought earphone here. It destroy my ear. It cost $41 and take almost a month to come here. So Ugly website.
If you need turn a item back because it doesnt work or justed didnt like the item when you got. They refuse to give you an address to return the item / refuse to refund ur money.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! I orderd an ipod on 12-20-10 and was told it should take no more than 15 days to recieve, well let me tell you, i finally got it 32days later. Keep in mind, i know how to set one up, ive done it before in the past and for some reason the MUTHA-F@#KER would not sync from my cds or my ITUNES CARDS., Two hours later, i gave up. I decided to have it checked out and was told by TWO PROFESSIONALS that my ipod was A FAKE. Now i know why i can't do anything with it. I paid for an APPLE IPOD and got some cheap-azz knock-off! Let me also tell everyone, I WOULDNT EVEN BUY SOCKS FROM THESE CLOWNS! The only response ive ever got from them is an "PRE-POSTED email that they send out to all there DISAPOINTED CUSTOMERS... belive me, Im one of them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
