I ordered 3 glass knobs to finish my dresser and they shipped the wrong item. They refuse to believe they sent the wrong item to manufacturer and want restocking fees etc. to ship right one. I would not order wrong as I have the original knobs
In a world of shoddy customer service, it was a refreshing surprise to do business with this company! Our orders were placed and delivered so incredibly quickly. We had a minor ordering problem but the focused attention we received when we contacted the company let us know that they would take care of any concerns. And they really did! We had excellent communication from them and I was very impressed with the service.
Wonderful customer service! All of my emails were answered in a timely manner and my questions were addressed thoroughly. I was kept up to date at each step, from asking if the item was in stock, to ordering & shipping. They have a large, unique selection AND lower prices than any other site I looked at... I would definitely recommend this site!
