Knightsbridge: Miss-Leading Advertising & Dismal Customer Service

I attempted to buy Euro's through Knightsbridge. They took my money on the day of my order but, despite their website advertising "either same day or next business day", they have not delivered. My repeated calls have been responded to with "we will expedite your order" & "I'll get a supervisor to call you". Neither of which occurred. 7 days later, I am on my way to Europe and the euro's have not arrived.
