Easy returns and lowest price majority of the time for rental. My second semester coming back.

The book I'm renting costs around $60 to $80 or even more when purchased new. This site allowed me to rent it for a few weeks for only $13! I received it in about a week, and I'm so glad I didn't have to buy it new.

I paid 10 dollars for expedited shipping and it still took 4-5 days to get here. I feel like I wasted 10 bucks.

This is a terrible rental company for books. Don't rent with them! I rented a new textbook and returned it in great condition and they still charged me almost $300 for the textbook. I did not damage it and customer service was unhelpful. It took a few weeks for them to receive the return after I returned it and it was damaged during the return. As a struggling student you should not be responsible for damages sustained during transit that you did not commit. They have a policy where you have to report any damage within 30 days after you receive the book, but this is impossible to do if the damage the book sustained happens AFTER you send it to back to the company.

To make matters worse, Knetbooks still charges you another fee to send the book back to you if you want to keep it. Cannot stress this enough, take your money elsewhere! They don't have a customer service phone line either.

The book was sold out in a lot of places, book stores and such as well as several places online. I was able to get it from Knetbooks with no problems.

The website is very easy to navigate through. My book arrived on time! Cost effective!

It was very easy to find what I wanted and reasonable prices.
