Long Story Short.

Won an auction. Received wrong wine. Sent wrong wine back. Never received correct wine. No follow up from them. Poor Customer Service

Though I've always had great service in the store, the customer service rep by telephone (male) is extremely impatient, and sadly, pretty rude. My intuition says he was having a bad day, but my practicality says that shouldn't matter. Don't call unless you absolutely have to.

I have never ordered off of their internet site as they are a local store, but I can tell you that they offer some of the best prices and widest selections of wines I have ever seen. I highly recommend this store.

Very unreliable company. I ordered two bottles of very imited rum. They accept my payment and when found it is paid with international credit card, their customer sservice refund the payment and asked me by email to make a bank transfer. Unfortunately I needed the address to complete the transfer so I asked them and never received the reply even I sent them 5 emails in two weeks. I couldn´t find the same bottles anywhere else which is for me as a recognized rum collector very frustrating...

We usually buy wines and champagne. We have always had excellent service, selection and pricing. Delivery is always quick.
