Can not download any of my videos since last Sunday. Kizoa is closing as of April 1,2024. I have been sending emails, message of FB, tried the toll free numbers and zero results. No one replied. Nothing is fixed. How can we backup our videos if the Download does not work. No customer service at all. Just disappeared. As a lifetime pro-member which I paid for this is just unacceptable. Terrible.

Can not download any of my videos since last Sunday. Kizoa is closing as of April 1,2024. I have been sending emails, message of FB, tried the toll free numbers and zero results. No one replied. Tip for consumers:
Zero customer service. Can not download movies anymore. Kizoa is being discontinued as of April 1st, 2024, but as of one week ago you can not download any new or past videos you made. Horrible treatment of paid lifetime pro-members.

Download che si blocca al 99% senza completarsi.
Sto riscontrando problemi con il servizio di Kizoa. Ho cercato di contattare il supporto clienti di Kizoa tramite telefono e email, ma purtroppo non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta o assistenza.
Il mio problema principale riguarda il processo di download che si blocca al 99% senza completarsi. Ho pagato per il servizio e mi aspettavo di ricevere un supporto adeguato, ma attualmente mi sento frustrato/a dall'assenza di risposte o soluzioni da parte del team di supporto di Kizoa.
Ho esaurito tutte le opzioni disponibili per cercare assistenza direttamente da Kizoa, ma finora non ho avuto successo nel risolvere il mio problema.

KIZOA was recently purchased by INVIDEO.ai. To its credit, KIZOA was a great site BEFORE it was sold. Now it is (allegedly) in transition. That means that a lot of times you cannot upload ANY images or fix anything in your work. But worst of all, you CANNOT DOWNLOAD your work -- as of this writing, I've been waiting for more than 5 days for a download. When I reached out to customer service (via the very difficult-to-find link: https://direct.lc.chat/*******/), they were not helpful AT ALL.

My advice? Find a better site for your video creation because neither KIZOA, nor INVIDEO (the company that bought them) is safe or reliable at this time.

This is a video service that does not provide a usable link or download -- even when it is not frozen.

Download stops at 99%... nothing else ever happens after that. I send many email at *******@kizoa.com and *******@kizoa.com and no body answer or contact me. I'm very frustrated. Even after I pay for premium and I can't download anything.

I cannot even get into the site anymore. Shows an icon telling me to click where the green arrow is, but there's nothing there on my computer. The two examples it shows don't apply. Haven't been able to access the site at all. I loved using it before, but have been trying other sites now because Kizoa changed things to make it inaccessible for me. Sooooo frustrating!

ZERO STARS. POINTLESS. Download stops at 99%... nothing else ever happens after that. The entire purpose of this is to create a video and it cannot complete one 39 second video with 8 slides. WHAT A JOKE. Also I find it bizarre that and archaic that Kizoa doesn't seem to recognize png images with transparent backgrounds-instead it inserts a blacked out background. Everything is super generic, but I thought with the option of uploading your own images and gifs that'd give more freedom of use but the gifs don't upload and Kizoa can't recognize transparent backgrounds. What is the point really.

Thank you for your feedback.

We have checked your account and there were some problems with your film, one of the problems was one of the gifs that you have uploaded into your account was "broken" and also a png file, this prevented the correct downloading of your movie.

You can upload gifs into Kizoa, but you have to make sure that the gif is in the correct format and with transparency, and also choose the option "save as gif" when downloaded.

When these cases happen, an email is usually sent to inform you of the problem and is asked to contact the support team, have you received any of that email? Because we didn't receive any email from you to inform us about that.

We will contact you soon by email to explain how the gif upload works.

BUY SOMETHING ELSE! After purchasing the Pro membership I created five movies. You say, "Wow! That's cool!"WRONG! I made five versions of the same movie because the system kept disgarding my movies. No archives no backup nothing! I'm under a deadline and cannot meet it because this program is faulty and cannot be relied to store my work. Therefore it is useless.

Purchased the advanced program and have not been able to edit my videos for over 6 months. They acknowledge the issue was on their end and committed to refund my money. 6 emails and 2 months later I still have no refund. I have not been able to process my videos and it appears they are not going to do what they said they would. Stay away from this company. Very unhappy! Lamar H

Several years ago I naively purchased a Premium membership with Kizoa, believing that this
Would be an excellent platform for producing my video/slide shows. While I wasn't looking for sophistication,
I did seek a program capable of performing basic editing. What they promised in their introductory preview
Was in fact misleading:
• editing capabilities are poorly developed;
• almost every time I attempt to use the program for creating a new video or editing
an existing one, I encounter technical new glitches;
• each time I make a single edit on the music timeline, the program freezes forcing me to re login;
• saved transitions and music mysteriously disappear;
• texts appear off-centered;
• numerical ordering of my 100 plus saved videos become completely garbled making retrieval a nightmare;
• downloading is an endless process.
Last year, for four months, the company didn't answer its phones nor respond to my emails. When I was finally able to
Communicate with them, I was given the following response:
• "we're in the process of upgrading; bear with us for a few more weeks.
Months have passed without any visible improvement:
• the number of editing capabilities have continued to disappear;
• Kizoa's customer service in Paris, London and the US are no longer reachable;
• should I want to go back to a previous window, I am forced to re login;
• I can no longer retrieve many of my completed videos. Many video/slide shows
appear to have been erased or gravely altered;
• a new message appears on the homepage. "WARNING, due to an exceptional fire
At one of the data centers of our supplier, OVH ICloud, some of your photos, music
And gifs cannot be displayed in your account. We sincerely apologize for the
inconvenience and will do our very best to get your data back online as soon as
Possible"
This is not a guarantee, and the possible loss of year's of personal memories is more
than just an inconvenience.
Kizoa falls short of being a professional program and I give it the lowest marks in all areas.

After pouring my heart out on videos, just like others it seems I have to pay 15 dollars to download my video without watermark. Granted, but then the video crashes, freezes, doesn't seamlessly splice or merge, and many times you cannot find back button and your lose all your work. What is a 4 minute work takes 50 hours.

Horrible. Do not recommend. My money lost and wasted for nothing. It is sad because it has potential; probably the developers half-a---ed it.

When I first began using Kizoa several years ago it was quite functional. Not completely user friendly, but it was possible to learn your way around and create a fairly nice movie/slide show. But recently it's function has declined markedly, stopping my projects midstream after a great deal of effort, with no support from Kizoa. Constantly unable to upload critical photos and collages after putting in a great deal of work. Very, very frustrating. If you are looking for a dependable media production application I can no longer recommend Kizoa. Definitely look elsewhere because this one has become a dead end.

My Girl Scout Troop bought a membership for this website to be able to work on movie maker badges. We created a slideshow with it in June. Was easy to use and worked great. I go to log in and it is simply GONE. I can no longer access our slideshow we put hours into making. Nor the pictures we uploaded. This company stole from us. Hard earned cookie money is GONE. Incredibly frustrated. Their Facebook and Twitter accounts are also POOF GONE!

I have been using Kizoa for years. Now when I try to log in, I get the spinning wheel of death that only loads to 80%. I can even get to the login screen.
With pending deadlines, I will need to look for other options. Really frustrating and disappointing Kizoa!

I worked on a 40th birthday slideshow for many hours for my husband's birthday and did not find out till the end that it would cost money. This should be disclosed up front! This is how they get you, you worked for many hours so you feel forced to pay. Not an ethical business practice in my opinion.

I have gone ahead and submitted your movie to be sent to you in a video MP4 file so that you can keep it and save it on your computer or USB stick. While the majority of Kizoa is free and you can download your movies in video format to your computer so long as they are under 1 minute in length, we do have certain features such as downloading longer movies or burning to DVD that are part of our Premium memberships. You can consult our Premium memberships on both our website as well as within your Kizoa account by clicking on the large orange button "Premium" in the upper-left corner of the page. I spent the last few hours uploading photos to make a video to put on a dvd for my anniversary, only to realize I can not in fact download the movie. I feel mislead just as many others have posted here. The reason that I was under the impression that the services were free is that a google search turned up your site saying "Kizoa - Free Video Editor and Movie Maker" I do not believe the word free should exist because it is not free. Who would make a less than one minute video to download?

Nearly all of Kizoa is free, as our Basic users can create movies, collages, and retouch photos and save them to Kizoa account. You will be also able to share your creations via email, Facebook, Twitter, or embed them into your own website. As mentioned, you can also download movies of up to 1 minute in length. Downloading longer movies does require a Premium membership, however, I am requesting a download of your movie for you this time. Please look for the link in your email! :)

I was surprised be even getting a response back from their customer service email since their number listed doesn't work at all. When you make a purchase on their site, it takes you to a PayPal site to make a transaction. However, on that link site. There are other options of payment like visa or Mastercard. I chose visa which then goes straight from my bank account. Not PayPal. Customer service said they were unable to process a refund and to make a dispute with PayPal over my purchase. But I didn't pay with PayPal. Yet, on the bank statement that shows my purchase through my visa card, the name on the statement says PayPal kizoa. So they figured they could scam me by saying it says PayPal. When I jever paid through them. I'm in the process of talking with my bank in hopes they can do a charge back. I paid 2x for premium on 2 different accounts I had made in 2013. I had loads of videos and pictures stored there that are the only pictures I have left from after our house fire. And the site promised it would be retrieved. But after paying for one... nothing showed up in the account. Paying for the second one, it showed the pictures and videos I made were listed. But could not veiw any of it. Rendering the site useless for me. And they wouldn't even offer to help troubleshoot why I couldn't see those pictures. I'm terribly saddened that I am unable to get those pictures back. And I am infuriated by the lack of customer care or service to offer any compensation or help at all. It was a complete waist of valuable time and not to mention money that is tight. I would not recommend kizoa and urge anyone to find a much more reputable company who has a customer service number that WORKS, also known for helping people with issues and will guarantee your money back if they fail on their end.

Tip for consumers:
Do not pay them unless you don't mind waiting your money.

The Program looks great and easy to use but when i try to upload videos it gets stuck on 99%. If they can fix this some way then I would rate it 5 stars.

The site was great but what a ripoff. We as a non profit were so excited to find a place to showcase animals that were in need. We paid the unlimited package for the unlimited time, so the most expensive package available as we thought this was something we could use alot. Imagine our surprise with the link was no longer working and no way to get an answer from anyone very shortly after we paid

Sure, here it is.

I have, on your request, attached the Screen shot of where your Portal is blocking the entry of all my own and that of my relatives into their Kizoa account.

They all have, like me:

Windows 10 Pro(Licensed Version)
RAM: 4.00GB
System Type: 64 bit OS
There were no problems reported until we paid for the highest membership. All of us
Are now facing the same problem, as per the screen shot.
It says, please allow Flash.
But our permission for permitting Flash is already given.
It was also asking us to permit Java when we had not paid for the final and Top Most membership.
At that time there was no problem for any of us.
Why are we being blocked now?

Having gone online, I notice that a lot many clients are facing the very same problem and that they have written to you in November 2019

Here is my suggestion:

If your server is not permitting globally spread out clients to login to their work space on your server then it may mean that:

(1) Your technical team is in trouble while trying to solve the problem
(2) Your technical team is unable to solve the problem. Or you have enlisted the services of expensive external technically qualified professionals but they too have been unable to solve the problem.
(3) The company is facing a temporary financial crunch and hence cannot solve the problem now
(4) The company has folded up for whatever reason
(5) All of above
(6) Some of above
(7) None of above

If you have not closed down and in the event that you are unable to solve the technical problem due to financial constraints then, I can organise Software Programmers or Software Coders in India for you.

You can if you so desire, talk to them over Skype and you can, if you so desire, trust them with your remote access of your server. They shall help you retrieve as much of your past records as possible from your server, then, they can help you get your server back on its feet.

You must of course guarantee them a five year maintenance contract so that your server backup is always maintained to protect it from being hacked, or sabotaged
By virus attacks.

Talk to me on my mobile number and lets me help you solve your technical problem at the earliest.

Helping you, I help myself and I help my relatives and friends who are terribly embarrassed.

Here is hoping that you accept my offer and try to solve your problem at the earliest.

Deceiving customers. It is not possible to upload video on YouTube. It says with "Starter" membership you can share videos on YouTube. When it comes to upload video it asks to upgrade the membership. After upgrading membership and paying extra money still to upload the video is not possible. Customer service is below "0". Noone replies emails. Noone cares. Cheating on customers. Very bad. Shame on You! Kizoa!

Im a student and I used kizoa for my video project and it said I had to become a premium member to access my video they scammed me and now I have to remake my video that took hours to make and that is due in 20 minutes please never use this site I promise you will get scammed!
