Thought for a long time about the review and still decided to write it. Moderation on the site is human, not a robot, which is also nice. Bots and fakes on the site are banned quickly. The main problem with this site is that I just don't know who I'm talking to. In general, the site is very good, I recommend it!

I will be forever grateful to the developers of Kismia, because here I met my amazing wife. Overall, design of the website is great and what is important, here you can find profiles of real people. Definitely recommend.

I wasn't satisfied with the subscription and conditions of its renewal, that's why I wrote to customer service to find solution. They offered me a 50% refund and I was happy with that. On the next day money appeared on my bank account. So I believe Kismia is reliable site.

A fun site with a variety of users from all over the world. This site understandably has both pluses and minuses, so I suggest we go over some numerical minuses. Of these I will certainly note the absence of sending photos in correspondence between users, not enough options when filling the profile, as many people are judged by the profile and its impossible to make a fully filled profile and of course the fact that not everyone attaches a photo in the profile is very annoying. On the plus side I would like to point out the simplicity and clarity of the site, the moderation of bots and fakes, the absence of pesky advertising and the fact that you can actually meet a person who is looking for a serious relationship, and not just dropped in for no reason. I have been able to do that) I advise you to use it!

This website require a subscription, so you can't freely chat with everyone. I bought subscription and after one month on platform can say that I don't regret money spent on it. I like that you can write to people before a match and search people in different cities.

I wrote support and said I have no simplified login.kismia site. Uses Facebook to authenticate.so login pass through not based on email or common login and pwd...did write back but offered no real solution.canceled sub and disputed charges...

Very untransparant paying system as they catch you with a 1 or 3 days cheap attraction but at the same time you agreed for an automaticly renewal monthly payment, which you have to cancel yourself if you don t want the service anymore.Very misleading system. They have fake pictures between and auto generated messages all day on to keep you busy. 90 % don t ever respond. One lightpoint the helpdesk is very efficient and open to answer your questions.

This site sux! Nothing but automated messages, never actually had a conversation with anyone. Have over 100 women liked me but never get any responses. Don't waist your time with this site, trust me BIG SCAM!

Good Experience! I just got this app download this morning and my experience so far is amazing, the app is fast and easy to chat, just that I can't able to chat for so long without be a premium member and I've been trying to subscribe to premium member but it keep rejecting my card. They just need to upgrade their payment method in different categories. And to me transfer will be the most preferable option to most subscribers. But indeed the app (kismia) is the best dating app. Thanks!

They really mislead the average person. Never get messages from people. Unless it is the first message from them. They want you to keep shelling out money. Dont do it. You just get frustrated and put out allot of money.

I don't usually write reviews but today I really want to express my appreciation. Customer service was impressive. I got answers to all of my questions within couple of hours.

I checked your site just for an experiment based on what I do, i paid the for the initial trial and I deactivated my account even before the expiration of my 3 days trial and you guys still debited me for another subscription I didn't initiate after almost a month that I deactivated the account... this is a big fraud, it's better you return my money now.
