Tools are a Lemon

Kimo Direct advertises its power tools on Amazon. The tools are Made in China and it's crap. KIMO gave me a three-year warranty on a cordless string trimmer. When the spool cap broke, I contacted them for a replacement. Several days passed by, and they never responded. Kimo doesn't honor its warranty and Amazon will not refund my money. If you buy their products, it'll break apart within a few months.
