You can't even talk to anyone at this company. They should be shut down as they do nothing to serve their customers. I can't get into my account with the password I've been using for years, and I clicked on "Forgot My Password", and nothing comes to my email. I have someone waiting to buy something, and I can't even respond to them. Kijiji, you can't fix all problems by adding notes to you website sometimes you need to do a little work.
This time they use terror tactic #4, they pretend they don't have my postal code so i cannot post my ad that i am allowed to.
Their advertising does snot work, but does sit mean they have to delete my post and impede it 100 times?
Is this what lock down and reset mean to use future cubanized citizens.
What disdain for people?!

SO HOW CAN THEY BE TRUSTED?
There is not one week when i don't get a hard time with Kijiji.
One day they forget to post it. Another day they take 2 days when others immediate. Another day they lock me out all togethr. Another day they literally can't find my postal code. Another day they say its the same city when they never explained as such. Another day they say its the browsers' fault. Anther day they say its spam when its not. Another day they will say its my license. When i have been there over 5 years. IS THIS WHAT THE NEW NORMAL IS TO LOCK PEOPL OUT BY THE TECHNOCATS?
So i posted my ad that i am selling a Nintendo Switch system with games, well i got a email today from jijiji that the ad was removed for sharing personal information. Not sure what they mean because it had information on the system what comes with the system and that was it. The system is very broken and even my custom computer ad got removed as well. Support is no help at alll
People post House rentals as fraudulent information. Which is very bad for those who are new to dealing with those type of Ads. I advise to communicate face to face with Ads like that.
Good premise, with its organization and helpful thumbnails of images preceding the posts. A bit more GUI than CL but not overwhelming. However, definitely not as perused as CL and therefore limited in its offerings. Needs time to mature and catch on.
