I have been a seller on Kijiji for over a year now. I have 29 five star reviews. All of my buyers have given me a 5 star review. My prices are reasonable and putting ads is quite easy. The only complaint I have are potential buyers who ask about something and you never hear from them again. That is not a fault of th4e Kijiji system, just the users. I never pay for any upgrades so the free adds and no comissions is a great way for me to do business.
Horrible, rude customer service. Racist targetting of users. Poorly managed and operated. I just requested that they delete their useless account and delete all my information. Craigslist is so much better than kijiji. And that's saying something. Kijiji is going to crash soon.

Avoid Kijiji for Paid Ads - Wasted Money!
I'm disappointed with Kijiji's paid ads. I spent money, but my ad got only six views in weeks. It didn't work as promised, and I feel like I wasted my money. Don't use it for paid ads!
I have been very active on Kijiji for the past couple of years and I love it. I sell lots of stuff easily. I have over 80 5-star reviews and I could probably give out just as many 5-star reviews. I can shop for almost anything I need, including service people. I have been hearing lots of people mention Facebook Market place as a good place to buy and sell, but I love Kijiji and I really hope it remains the number 1 site for buying and selling goods and services.
Bought wisnter tires off kijiji called road cruza. Great price and amazing service they were very quick to meet me and super nice. I'd recommend them to anyone who is looking for winter Tires at a good price and good quality
Today I went there to hire a tradesman. When he phoned back, he gave me his price. He showed up within a reasonable time of when he said he would. He completed the job for the price, and departed. Nothing wrong with Kijiji if you deal with an honest seller.
I absolutely recommend going to Eddie's Auto Sales! Their customer service is second to none and always pleasant and professional. I have had two great experiences with them and will continue to give them my business in the future. Marvin Saleh is awesome! I would send my friends and family here without hesitation :)
I've bought and sold many things on Kijiji.ca. I am a private individual, not a business.
Though I do receive offers for additional services, such as to bump my ad up, post a web page, etc, I have NEVER paid a penny to Kijiji, and have never had my ads pulled (I've sold things that were up there for many, many months; I just had to renew the posting with one click, when they sent me a reminder email).
Well i guess there are people who will complain about anything. I posted my house on kijiji for free and sold in within 4 weeks. There were no fees except for the 1.99 that i paid to bump the ad back to the top, which by the way was worth it cause that is how my buyer found it. Kijiji is a great site i have bought things there and sold things and have no complaints at all GREAT SITE loads of exposure for minimal to no cost
