I LIVE IN A SHELTER, WE ALL HAVE THE SAME IP ADDRESS. I TRY TO PUT STUFF FOR FREE AND YOU DELETE MY AD. I HAVE A DYING FRIEND AND I WANTED TO SELL SOMETHING SO CHEAP AND PAY FOR PARKING AT THE HOSPITAL. THEY DELETED THE AD AND IT IS CRAP. KIJIJI USED TO BE GOOD, NOW EVERYONE HATES IT

Internet vendors have no interest in people who can't afford to have a cellphone or connect over a personal IP address. Poverty sucks - you'd better get used to it. Only the govt can change change that, but don't hold your breath.
