Ordered Xmas pjs and they never arrived. DHL said they delivered them and have a "signature" of my last name typed into their system. No signature from me. DHL, Amex and Kidshoo have been unhelpful. I even paid for insurance from Kidshoo, but since the items were delivered I have no claim.

Save yourself the aggravation and buy locally or at least from Amazon. I wish I looked here before I ordered.

I brought family pj's from this site. I waited a month before contacting them about my merchant. They said I should recuperate 5-7 business days. But the tracking number I was given was inaccurate. I had to dispute with my bank because they wouldn't refund me. I never received a product or my money back and I spent over 100$.

Do not purchase with them! Ordered Christmas family pajamas on Nov21! Still have not received them! Family photos messed up for Christmas! No answer and I tried to track and my package been sitting somewhere at fake facility

I could not find any reviews for the Christmas pajamas that I ordered but ordered them anyway. I finally found these reviews too late! This is not a real business but a scam! No pajamas and out $250! Shame on you Kidshoo or whoever you are!

Placed order on November 11,2022. There has been no update on package since the order confirmation. No customer service number available.

I highly recommemd getting a lawyer. I was told my order was stolen off the truck and I get a refund, which I never did.

I ordered November 25,2022 never got a email or anything. I went to the site sent message back and forth, then was told 12-9-2022 that my package was lost! I have asked for my money back! If not I will be calling my credit card. They don't even give a number to call them

I bought the pajamas from them on November 6th and they said they send it between 6 to 12 days. My event was on November 18th but they send it one week after my event and even though one of the pajama I bought it from them is a different size and they cut the tag, I'm not suggest this website to anyone.

Placed order, followed tracking. Packaged was delivered to wrong State! Follow up on address, no such place. Help number provided is fake! STAY AWAY!

Ordered a few items for my 5 year-old... all 3 items shipped from China and took almost a month to arrive. Once they did, I immediately noticed that the quality of the fabric was terrible. In fact, I didn't even have to open two of them to know that they just wouldn't work. I exchanged a number of emails with the site owner to arrange a return which was a hassle in and of itself. They gave me an incorrect zip code the first time around and I was turned away from the post office as a result. After rectifying that issue, I learned that my only option was to cover return shipping to China, which would've cost $62... which was just over what I spent on the 3 items. Had I known these were coming direct from China, thus rendering prospective returns (where the buyer pays return shipping) untenable, I never would've ordered from here.

Bottom line - be prepared that you'll be stuck with whatever you get... returns aren't financially feasible.

I purchased 3 pairs of matching pajamas for Christmas... I had one pair delivered. I paid $36 for 3, not one. They refused to make it right. I will NEVER buy from again

I ordered in November expecting my order to be delivered before December 17th. When I reached out to them they took for ever to respond and then said that they needed 2-3 days to process the order. It had been weeks. They hadn't even shipped it yet. I told them to please not ship it as it would not get to me in time and they ignored my request. I received the order after Christmas and won't return it because of the shipping cost. I will however warn others to stay far away from these people.

I ordered five sets of pajamas on Nov 10th. I had to contact the company repeatedly to get my order, which they priority shipped from CA. Pjs are cheaply made… there is no cotton in these pjs, as stated. I've had to contact them repeatedly for info on returning items. They gave me an address in China! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

They hide the fact that they/re in China. If/when you do get your merchandise, it is horrible quality and won't fit at all. The site says you can return if you email for the return address (within 30 days), but it's a lie. I had to open a dispute at PayPal. Don't do it.

You got me good but you will get caughter place a order from you send me fake tracking number i have fil a claim please donot order from these people could reach those scammers by no means

L bought things for my grandsons birthday, not only did he not received them, but l got ripped off to the tune of AU$92. And they were going by the name of kidshogro2, now l can't even find them on the internet cant get a refund. So angry because l cant see my grandson either due to covid... not happy Jan!
It has definately been charged to my account.

I purchased a poppit fidget toy on their website. 5 days later they sent me a fake USPS tracking number in a Fedex format, and they asked me to use 17track.net to track the package. Even 17track couldn't identify the courier of the package much less track it. So the tracking number was FAKE.
That's when I discovered the company isn't actually in California but is a Chinese scam site. Thankfully I paid via Paypal and am in the process of filing a claim.

Repetitive bad experience, ordered and paid for 2 dresses but only one arrived and they refused to give refund. Had to go through paypal to resolve it.

Second time the items were on sale, it showed the discount taken off the items on check out page until I was about to pay. Once I clicked "Pay" the discount disappeared and I ended up paying at full price. Tried contacting them but they refused to rectify. Very much a scam website.

I placed an order at Kidshoo on March 26th. On March 29th I received notification that it was shipped. On April 1st the tracking number finally displayed movement that the package was in Melrose Park, Illinois. (It needs to go to Wisconsin). Today is April 9th today, and the tracking has NEVER updated. I will post another review IF the package ever makes it to Wisconsin. But, bottom line, I will never order from this place again. The website gives the impression it is a U.S. company. From back and forth emails, I can verify it is not.
