16 days since the order placed and still no show at the courier to deliver. No names of the representatives on the email correspondence were received. No answers to the question if the order is being shipped from abroad.
Nothing but praise for this company it is impossible for me to find somewhere to personalise a football kit for me as we live in a rural area. What we ordered was absolutely brilliant and my sons friends all want the same now! Well worth every penny.
Ridiculously cheap but extremely high quality, i think their problem is they are to cheap and can't cope with the amount or orders they are getting, i emailed them and told them to either put their prices up or get more staff as it did take a little longer then expected to arrive and the email response is slow but overall for 9.99 for football shirt and shorts my little boy wanted for his birthday im not complaining, very good value for money.
I bought two kits for my 8 year old however after 4 weeks the sponsor names on 1 kit started peeling off and the name and number on the other kit started peeling off. I contacted the company and they won't accept any responsibility. Don't buy from these as it is a total waste of money
I ordered a football kit for my son and was a little concerned when it did not arrive. I then went to the website to contact the company and was rather more concerned to find there was no telephone number or address, so the only way to get in touch was via the form on their website or email. I sent them a message via the form and email, but after a few more days of zero response, I went online to see if anyone else had had a similar experience. Imagine my horror to come here and discover that they are well known for this kind of conduct! I promptly raised a claim with PayPal and was delighted to receive a full refund from them today. 5 stars for PayPal, thumbs down for this website...
I ordered Manchester united tops for my boys on 2nd June and got an email on 6th June to say that they had been dispatched and that I will receive them between 10-14 days. It's been over a month now and I am still waiting!
I have emailed them several times and they don't even have the decency to reply! Totally rip off site, avoid at all cost!
I paid for two Barcelona Kits from this site but only 1 arrived. I have e-mailed them 3 times but received no reply. The kit wich did arrive was of poor quality. I would not recommend using this site & I plan to take this further.
I have recently experienced rude customer service at MKFK, and I've cancelled my order. I simply posed some questions about one of their products, but was portrayed as a moron for asking such "stupid" questions.
Recieved email 2 weeks ago that strip was sent still not received it tried calling and emailed them still no reply I just want my money back this was for my grandsons birthday last week wouldn't recommend them

I see the negative responses here, but I really would like to add some in my opinion much deserved positive response. I order a barca kit for my son - printed with aIniesta and the number 8 on the back. The order was placed on June 30 and the package arrived here in Denmark on 9 July. The article is in very good shape (obviously not a Nike shirt, but that was also evident from the webpage would not be the case). I am happy - very happy with the speed and with the quality of the kit. Will do business here again without doubt.
Ordered 5 kids kits stunned by the speed of delivery it took only 5 working days quality of the products was superb, absolutely delighted will use again and recommend to my friends.
This company is incompetent, and completely lacks any respect for its customers as evidenced by the negative comments on this site and my personal experience of them.
I ordered a size small and was sent an extra large!
It will take my son about 9 years before he can wear it.
I emailed the company 5 times to get a replacement and they did not respond.
I blame myself for not researching this company before purchasing from them; had I seen the negative comments on this site first, I would not have done so.

I've had absolutely no problems with this site. I ordered a Barcelona kit for my son on Feb 22nd with name and number printed on the back. It arrived March 4th. The kit is good quality and looks fantastic.
I had a problem with checkout when I ordered and a size small was ordered and i wanted a large. Emailed them to change size 4 times but didnt get one response. However my football kit arrived 4 of 5 days after ordering and it did actually fit so the large size would of been too big anyway and the replica kit was fantastic quality. The downside is that they still havent replieed to any of my emails, I even sent a complaint one about there awful customer service. Not a great company but think i was just lucky with my order.
I ordered a football shirt in late November 2010 as a Christmas present, as it was through paypal I thought it was a trusted site. 3 months later I still have not received the shirt and although have email approximately 20 times I am yet to receive a single acknowledgement. AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS.
I ordered kit for my son in November, paid for it and got a receipt - still waiting for it. He'll have grown out of it by the time we receive it, if we ever do.
