Kettle of Fish Clothing

This company by far is the worst. The other reviews are dead on! They charged my card, never shipped the clothing (even those it said in stock). A month later I tried to call and email company to get answers as to why the clothes were still not shipped and I never received a response. After trying for another couple of weeks I finally was forced to have to go to my bank and request a charge back.
Again, I never could talk to anyone, nor get any response back from email.
They took my money and sent me NOTHING!
Beware... Don't order from this COMPANY!

I ordered an outfit from them and paid for it up front, when I did not hear a peep from them for 10 days, I posted a negative review for them. Just as soon as I had done that, their sales lady/owner starts writing insulting notes to me saying that she was on vacation and that I should not have posted a negative remark. They had posted wrong description of the item, which when I brought to her attention, she goes nuts again. I very frequently buy clothes online and haven't seen so much sarcasm and bad attitude in any seller and that too for none of my fault. I will never buy from them again. BEWARE!

I am so sad to say that after many good experiences, my latest and ongoing is a nightmare. I ordered a lot of clothes for my girls for vacation, paid for overnight shipping, and here I am a week later with NOTHING. Trying to contact anybody is completely fruitless. Almost ten calls and two emails, and no response. Not a whisper. It is frustrating, especially when the funds have been withdrawn from my debit card. I am now onto the BBB. Never again. Too bad... they have great stuff.

Me too... wish I read this first. I tried to contact them many ways, email, phone, facebook, twitter. No response. I came across this, and decided to shoot out one last email and went to the BBB after no avail. KOF sent a tracking number to me that same day! However, it was pre-dated before I even email them-and it states it was delivered, but not left b/c no one was here. There was someone at the address, so I am wondering if they gave me some random tracking number from the same town. I contacted USPS, and hopefully they will tell me if the package was even to the same address. I will update and let you guys know.

BEWARE! The people that run kettleoffishclothing.com are THIEVES and SCAM ARTIST. I bought two dresses, both had problems and were not in acceptable conditions. I was told to return them which I did. They received the dresses back within their policy time but they never refunded. They ignored my emails and do not answer the phone, I had to dispute the charge to get my money back. What a hassle and aggravation. Customer service is the WORST…They don't care about customers at all. They are also LIERS.

Where do I begin? First of all, I ordered two sets of pajamas off of their site for my daughters for Christmas. Both sizes said "In Stock." It was getting close to Christmas so I emailed them to check the status of my order. In my email I said, if you can't ship both sets to me, then please cancel my order (I couldn't have one child get them and not the other). I got a shipping notification two days later. Well sure enough, only ONE set showed up. I wanted to return the set since they had not followed my instructions. I called and left about 10 messages. Then I emailed about 5 times. I finally got the response that they would not return sleepwear (so I was forced to keep the first set) but she would definately cancel the other one from my order. Well guess what just showed up (3 months after my original order) - the second (supposedly cancelled) set of pajamas. Now I have to go through the process of attempting to contact them again. So far I am 3 emails and 2 messages in with no response. I hope they don't tell me they can't return this set but with this very unprofessional company, who knows? I will NEVER order from them again!
