KEH is my go to site when wanting to purchase used camera equipment. Great prices and I deeply appreciate all the help I get when calling for additional information on a product. Very knowledgeable sales staff - and very patient with questions from a novice photographer.
While I love KEH, I ordered a specific Pentax Takumar lens (a Super Multi Coated Takumar), which was pictured on the site. Instead, I received a SMC Takumar, which was manufactured later than the "Super Multi Coated Takumar" models. The Super-Multi-Coated versions are all metal construction, while the SMC version is a more plastic/rubber construction. I sent the SMC back.

Had never heard of KEH up until recently. My research tells me that KEH is a very reputed online USED photography gear store that many professionals look up to. I wanted to purchase a Fuji 14mm lens for a reasonable price. I found one for a really great deal and in very good condition on KEH.com. In fact, the condition of lens was one level higher than the one specified in the listing. Lens was delivered on time. Have been totally happy with the purchase and would certainly look forward to buying more USED gear on KEH from here on.

I received my lens a day earlier than scheduled. The lens was extremely well protected and packaged well. Condition of lens (ex+) was exact, if not better. I will definitely look forward to more purchases with keh.
