Great experience shopping with KEH again. Fantastic selection of used gear, found the lens I was looking for with a selection at multiple levels of item quality. Clicked on the lens I wanted, ordered it, and received it within days. Took photos of dog, am now happy.

I have purchased two lenses from KEH and am so happy with them. They both were graded at bargain and are in amazing condition! I do a lot of shopping around before buying and they always have the best prices. I will continue to buy from them!

Always have a great experience with KEH over all. My only tip for other customers from Hawaii is to make sure to pay for 2 day shipping, I ordered with free shipping and waited almost a month. Other than that experience, perfect every other time. Thank you

Just want to say the lens is perfect. I got the Panasonic 12-35mm f2.8 lens at "bargain" condition, and it was in much better state then I had expected. However, I did have a lot of trouble with the actual shipping process through FedEx which was so bad.

Been using KEH since around 1990 and it is the only place, I would consider buying used camera equipment from. Never had a problem with any order and the only time I ever had an issue it was resolved quickly. Very knowledgeable staff with an excellent product.

Given that I knew specifically what camera I wanted it was easy to select the camera and check out. The entire process was quick and easy. My only complaint is that the camera did not come with an instruction book. This was easily solved by going on line and having Nikon send me a manual

But, I called on Sunday due to some problems I am having. Case does not fit model I have (it was displayed as something to get for the model I ordered) and camera will not turn on. And not sure if my 5% new customer order was applied...waiting for call back. Thanks.

I received my Nikomat FT2 actually sooner than expected, and it's condition was, as rated, truly excellent. No surprises, no disappointments.

A purchase made during the overstock sale. It was an opportunity to get a discount on an already great price. The basic shipping option took longer than I expected and placed a little bit of anxiety but after 7 days of shipping I finally got it. The "bargain" rated item was much better than I expected. I would not hesitate to choose another bargain item. I would also pay a bit more for a faster delivery.

Ordered another lens from Keh. Excellent in all respects. They also include lens caps and a nice soft neoprene bag for the lens. I've always had a positive experience with the company.

I was nervous about purchasing something this expensive uses. But I'm satisfied with my purchase. I saved about $200 on a lense that they classified as Excellent condition. Only can see some wear close up and on lense cap. Lense works well. Would purchase from here again.

I was worried about ordering used bargain priced lens. The listing only said "engraved". But I took the chance and got a great lens in. The engraving was a serial number, must have been catalogued or something. Anyway, good shipping speed and arrived in good packaging and even a KEH Lens bag. V happy with my purchase.

Camera arrived quickly, condition was as stated or better, a few scuffs where you would expect wear to eb present on a 23 year old professional line camera. Shutter appears to be in working order. I have a test roll in processing right now to confirm light seals and light meter.

Overall this was a pleasant experience. I look forward to future purchases.

KEH responded to my order really fast. Even my delivery was one day ahead of the estimated date. But I have to track my shipment through FedEx myself. Why there is no message that tell me the delivery was ready to pick up?

I tried to use the 5% discount. However, after I registered the KEH newsletter, the discount code never came in. I called 3 or 4 times in two days, and finally someone helped me on the discount with a manual input. It was really time consuming and frustrating. However, the item I purchased was delivered much earlier than the planned date.

I've been buying from KEH for many years and have probably logged over 10 or 15 transactions with them, buying or selling. They have always been great to deal with and when I did encounter an issue outside their control, they were quick to help and rectify the problem. Obviously, I will continue to do business with them and I highly recommend them.
