Put in an order of over $230, did not get any notification of payment being made. 6 days later, when we called up to ask, they said they did not receive the order! We urgently needed the fabrics for a project we were doing.

1. Checked our bank statement and they did not even know their own registered company name with their bank and insisted that the name on our bank statement we mentioned was not theirs.
2. they checked the amount paid out and said they could not find any payment with that amount.
3. that they also had not received any payment for that last week. (total fabrication of cos, no pun intended.)
4. We rang up our banker & they said the money had gone through to them.
5. Called them back again and they finally located the order. The money amount did not match and they kept insisting, again, it was not my order!
They finally randomly said maybe the amount is different due to bank charges on me - which didnt make any sense becos what they received was less than what i paid - so bank charges were on them.

We asked for the receipt and they said they could not manually send it & added that some of the fabrics we ordered were out of stock.
We asked if we could see what was out of stock so that we could arrange a replacement immediately as there were certain colours that we urgently needed. No, that could not be done.

Ended the call, with no apology of mis-sight on their part and no effort at all to help to at least do us the courtesy of replacing out of stock fabrics manually. That little extra mile could have been done to right the whole distressing & confusing situation they created.

Very disappointed with their service. I placed an order above 60$ to have free shipping and once the package arrived to my country, certified as Urgent by them I had to pay extra 26$ or I would have lost the package. They said it's problem of the Post Office and that it's the customer's responsibility to pay for it. In the end I pay more than 110 $. After trying to reach them for days via phone, facebook and e-mail. Lame service. Never will buy there again. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Per i progetti di cucito più sofisticati, hanno anche stoffe di design. Le stoffe sono vendute in unità di 50 cm, ma se te ne servono di più puoi acquistare multipli di unità. Spediscono in tutto il mondo e la spedizione è gratis se spendi più di 60.

J'ai craqué pour les tissus de la catégorie "aliments" car il y a des tissus avec des motifs de cupcakes et de chocolats tellement réalistes. J'ai adoré les Timeless Treasures et les Robert Kaufman. En plus ce qui est génial sur ce site c'est que vous pouvez choisir vs tissus en focntion de ce que vous voulez en faire. Par exemple, j'avais en tête de coudre des sacs fourre-tout pour aller à la plage cet été et bien en choissisant ça sur le site, la recherche m'a guidée sur les tissus appropriés. Plus qu'à choisir les motifs. Ah... et ça n'est pas tout... pour 60 euros et plus, les frais de port sont gratuits. Super appréciable surtout pour des tissus qui pèsent un peu plus lourd comme les coupons de laminés que j'ai acheté. Allez faire un tout. Ca vaut vraiment le coup!
