When I called and spoke to their customer service representative, they informed me that they could create any design that I wanted. Just received the nicest pendant from Katt Diamond! My mom bought me a diamond necklace from Katt Diamond for my birthday last week and I haven't taken it off since. It adds a lovely touch of sparkle to every one of my outfits. Her birthday is in a couple of months and I plan on buying her the same pendant from them, so that we can have matching necklaces. So excited to give it to her!

Truly the worst online experience of all time. I purchased earrings, and sent them back to exchange for larger earrings. I received an email from Katt confirming they received the earrings, followed by an invoice for the new larger (and more expensive) diamond earrings, which I paid. The next day I received a call from Katt Diamonds saying the earrings I shipped back were now magically missing and how I must have forgotten to package them. They then told me they would not credit me for the earrings and that they were canceling my order for the new earrings that I had paid for. I have left numerous messages asking for a refund and they will not even return my calls.

I had to pay for shipping to get my ring resized. Everything is good till you need a shipping label from them to have your ring resized. I received my ring and needed it sized bigger, they sent me a ring sizing tool to test my ring size and asked me to ship it back on my own expense! I was under the impression, under their maintenance policy, ring sizing is free! It is not free when I have to pay $30 to ship it to them!
