One star was more than they deserve! I ordered a pair of diamond studs in April was may 15 when they arrived. They looked like dollar store earrings! They were so cloudy they looked like an opal! I didn't even take them out of the box! Send them back the next day. It's now July 20 still no refund! I have called 10 plus times with prob 20 emails. They stopped responding to my emails! I have reported them to the Bbb and attorney general office. They acknowledged they received their product back so I guess they want both products and your money!

I took a gamble and purchased a pair of diamond earrings on their website for my husband birthday. He only needed 1 earrings but could not find a company to sell just one. I have a great pair of 1ct diamond earring that I have had for years and compared this pair of 1ct diamond earring to the ones I already have. And they arrived on 05/13/2025. I received the earrings and a post was bent and tarnished and overall just cheap cheap quality. I immediately retuned them on the same day within a few hours of receiving them. I sent them back with signature requested. They confirmed they received them on 05/16/2025 and stated it was 14 days for a refund and that on that day it was only day 6. It does NOT state that anywhere on their website about a 14 day policy. After about a month I contacted the finance company I went through and I filed a dispute with them as I was still on a payment plan through Affirm. I received an email from Affirm stating that the dispute was closed as Katt Diamond said that after going through the gemological process, my item was NOT eligible for a refund. SERIOUSLY? They got back the same junk they sent me. How do I know they were even real to begin with. So now I have to take other recourses of getting an attorney as they were sent back exactly what they sent me. BUYER BEWARE! They are crooks. I filed a complaint with the BBB and their are many complaints for Katt Jeweler for the same reason!

I returned a purchase early April. They told me the received the item and processed the refund. They were supposed to send it to me last week of April and until now, there is no refund. No one has responded to my emails. I called and they keep saying that they are forwarding my request to billing department. There is no way for me apparently to speak to a supervisor or manager. There is also no phone number for the billing department. I think this company is a scam. I did report them to the Better Business Bureau and found out there are a lot of clients with the same issue with them not receiving their refunds.

After reading reviews on the KATT website I decided to give them a try. I already own a pair of 1 CT natural diamond earrings and was looking for a pair for my husband. This is my honest review after receiving the earrings and inspection. The 1st thing I noticed was the quality of the so called 14kt white gold. The quality was poor, very thin. The post were much shorter than my personal pair I own from a different company. The post look they they had some type of a tarnish on them. This pair of natural diamond earrings from KATT and my personal pair do not compare in size at all for being 1 CT total weight. Even given the depth and circumference of the KATT diamond my personal pair are much larger. The KATT natural diamond earrings just seemed like cheap costume jewelry. I have included photos of the KATT natural diamond earrings with a comparison to my personal natural diamond earrings. Their is NO comparison, yet both are 1 CT total weight. So buyer beware when purchasing from this company as you certainly do NOT get what you pay for. I have sent the earrings back to Katt for a full refund. Very Disappointed to say the least.

I received diamond stud earrings for Christmas this past year. They are so beautifully crafted and well made. Customer Service cant be beat. I will be a return customer for years to come.

I give this company a one star, because there is nothing below one star. I place an order on 19 Dec 2024 and I was told that it was going to take 6 days build it and two days delivery after that. It is now 10 Jan 2025 and I still haven't received. Each week since I placed the order I have called them and they told me it is going to be another week, now they try to blamed on the LA fires even though the fires just started 3 days ago. This was supposed to be an anniversary present for my wife, but now she is not going to received it…I will never do business with this company again!

I ordered a pair of diamond stud earrings on Dec 13,2024. After I ordered them I started getting nervous they were not going to show up. Well Christmas Eve I received an email stating they were shipped with a delivery date of December 30. If on the 13th they knew they couldn't deliver on time I should have been warned.

I recently ordered a 2-carat diamond ring from Katt and wanted to add a personalized engraving to the band to give it a more antique look. The designer was enthusiastic about the idea and immediately fell in love with it. I simply sent my ring back, and they completed the design at no extra cost! The prices were amazing, and the service was exceptional. Don't waste your time anywhere else. This is the place to go for your personal jewelry needs.
