Very quick and painless way to check your water. Ordered kit, it arrived a few days later, filled the bottles as instructed, mailed them in the prepaid envelope, and even the post office cooperated in getting quick results.

Taking the sample and mailing it in were so easy I wish I'd done it years earlier! The 360 kit test results were very thorough and carefully notated to identify assumptions, potential water concerns, etc. KARLabs, as a business, was a pleasure to deal with and the overall process very smooth.

The water test results were very detailed. I was expecting a brief overview of the water quality, but it was not included with the results. I reached out to Karlabs to ask for one and I received it within an hour. I feel the overview should be part of the original report, but was happy with the response after I requested it. Money well spent, everyone should know what they are drinking.

Test results from Kit-270 were an eye-opener. Was amazed by the number of contaminants tested for. Found out that although my well water looks clear to the naked eye, it has a lot of suspended particulates. Was surprised that there is no USEPA Maximum Contaminant Level (MCL) for Magnesium of which there is a lot in my water. As a result of this test, I have purchased a water filtration system for my drinking water only.

The report was very well detailed, easy to read and complete. The kit was very easy to complete. I picked up my kit from there office and returned it as we pass their office going into town. The mailer that comes with the kit is a great idea for people to use. I have used Kar Labs for years. Very nice people to deal with.

I purchased Kar Labs most delayed test for my private well. I received the results within the time they promised and the report was detailed and understandable. Kar Labs followed up with me to make sure I had everything I needed and that I understood the report.
