When they sell tickets they say the bus has wi-fi and TV, but in reality there's no internet nor TV, Alanya - Istanbul bus, August 14th, 2022, departure time 16.00. The staff doesn't speak English, even though the ticket seller told us they do. It's so hot, they don't give us water.

Kamil koc bus from antalya to konya on 15.7.2023 at 10:00. They turn off the Air Conditioner on the road with temperature of 39 degrees. But when picking up passengers they turn it on. Even they insulted me to "shut up" when asking for turning on the AC. We called customer service of kamil koc buses, they hanged up on us. Turkish citizens also called customer service, they were also ignored. Shame on felix bus to share its logo with this fraud company.

When we arrived at the busterminal, they told us that the bus we booked is "finished" and "no". Even with helpful bystanders it was impossible to tell why we had to be booked on the bus an hour later. Then, the Seat on the nightbus was broken and did not fully recline. Their food and drink service is pathetic and after a few hours the bis started stinking up because the shut off the ac in the heat. To make matters even worse, the Steward got into a conflict with a passenger...he grabbed him. Wow. Oh and no wifi, even though it was advertised.

The bus I was in July 28th at 10am from Altinoluk to Eskisehir, the driver started smoking during the beginning of the road... how do you respect your customers in those conditions? I am strongly disagreeing with letting a bus driver smoking with passengers on board. What a shame!
And it's not the only thing: they make 6 hours road turning into 9 hours by stopping too frequently and taking other passengers by detour...

Our trip from Kayseri to Goreme was terrible!
First, there was another time and city name was written on the bus, we almost missed our bus as we didn't recognise our bus. And no one told us!

The crew doesn't care about passengers at all!
They were drinking teas and eating snacks themselves instead of offering to the passengers. They were laughing and talking to themselves!
I would highly suggest the company administration to check their personal!

When we tried the Pamukkale bus we were offered ice-creams as soon as we got into the bus and we're regularly offered hit and cold drinks and snacks regularly! Unfortunately there was no Pamukkale bus in this route!

We won't take the Kamil Koc buses anymore! Not recommended at all!

Absolutely not tourist friendly, and do an extortion on the bus,just for large luggage, all enjoyable moment in turkey, were disspointed by this $#*!ing bus company

Eine der schlimmsten Firmen in dem Bereich, kein Service, freche Mitarbeiter.
Der Bus fährt erst durch die Stadt zu jeder Haltestelle bevor er die Stadt verlässt was sehr viel Zeit kostet.
Finger weg.

One of the worst companies in the area, no service, rude employees.
The bus first drives through the city to each stop before leaving the city which takes a lot of time.
