The K9 Training Institute is a social impact organization that was formed to improve the relationship that dog owners around the world have with their pets.
We teach a large number of dog owners every year on the very best ways to train their dogs based on our own research on animal behavior.
We are especially passionate about training rescued dogs and giving them a second chance at finding a loving and caring family.
The company has garnered a positive reputation for its effective dog training techniques, with many customers noting significant improvements in their pets' behavior through the provided resources. The training methods, emphasizing operant conditioning and practical strategies, resonate well with users, fostering a sense of joy in the training process. However, a recurring concern is the affordability of the programs, as several customers express difficulty in accessing paid resources due to financial constraints. Overall, the company is viewed favorably for its informative content and supportive approach, yet it may benefit from exploring more accessible pricing options to enhance customer satisfaction.

The video was people friendly with clear communication on both what to do and why it work for dogs. It was great to gain an understanding of what you were doing.
I was pleasantly surprised to receive the initial email. It was s an eye opener. I've learned a lot from each additional email. I look forward to learning more each day.
My dog, Max, already has most of these behaviors. I live in a rural, isolated location so I want him to bark when someone unfamiliar comes to my house. You don't get here by accident. Usually I don't have more than one visitor in two weeks. After proper introduction I can take Max off the leash without any worry. Maybe if they made an aggressive move then he might respond in a protective manner, I've never tried it. Usually visitors are already intimidated by his size, 120 pounds.
The free workshop is already amazing. I learned some unexpected things. I wi sign up for the training. I am eager to learn more from this program. Happy fur mom = happy dog and vice-versa.
I took notes as the training video was playing and am using them with Koda with great success. Very helpful and practical.
I was very happy with your training methods, Riley not so much She's a heeler/cattle dog and very stubborn. Happy to say she's coming along nicely though. I'm so glad I had checked you guys out.
Great demonstration of dog training using visual cues and your dog's natural instincts.
I had a very good time working my dog through this.
I can not say enough great things about K-9 training institute! What I have learned about working with my grandpup is amazing! He is a 6 month old German Shepard weighing 65-75 pounds! He is a big puppy and very powerful! Everything I have been taught in a week so far is amazing, he had been jumping on me and nipping at my arms so I looked like I have been in a terrible fight! Now is much calmer when I speak to him! He is so loving which I did not think would happen unless he was in K-9 boot camp! He has already taken canine training which really did nothing because he already new how to sit, stay, down, shake and heal! Now with just a couple of K-9 training lessons he is like a different puppy, so Thank you so much for your help and support in teaching me with my grandpup to obey commands!
After watching the video I was enlightened and learned a lot how to deal with my dog better.
I really enjoyed the seminar. I'm already implementing some of the techniques and enjoying the results.
Usually, masterclasses don't give you much information, but I was surprised when there were actual examples/strategies for some of the issues most dog owners have.
Very informative information and leaves me eager to learn more
The free dog training workshop provided great information and encouragement that I am able to train my 2 year old goldendoodle to become more calm in social situations. Looking forward to the the online training classes.
This free training was well explained and examples were given. The video is repeated to help retain the information. Because I liked it, I forwarded the training sight to others.
Koko always tries to nibble at our shoe laces. We continue walking by her but she's keeps nipping sometimes tripping up the kids as they try to walk away. We try to keep the kids walking but its difficult when she's on top of their laces. If they say off and keep walking Koko keeps trying to get at their laces. After a few days it seems she not as focused on the laces, but its' still pretty tough for the kids.
Our walking with a leash is much better. Now that I don't allow her to continue pulling me in the direction we are walking, but turning around and heading in the opposite direction. This is working better for us and it was reinforced when we went to the dog park and I saw other pet owners scolding their pet to heel and tugging the leash with no change in their pets behavior. Great start for us
Our dog Mango loves to jump on us as soon as o e of us got home, but since watching the video showing us to walk right thru her she has changed her tune, love it
Just got a puppy, we were having trouble with some training. The suggestions were helpful, easy to read and understand
I have gained so much knowledge and continue to do so that has been invaluable in raising my Morkie. It has made for a happy puppy and a happy pet parent. Thank you so very much.
