Great family business with great service. Always been good and reliable. Wouldnt use anyone else. Bought 7 times and approachable. Recommend everyone use!
Ordered 3 products. Failed to deliver any other goods. Called on 6/7 times to asked where the goods were. Spoke to the owner and was reassured that I would receive the tracking number for the parcel. IT NEVER ARRIVED and neither did the goods. Received a refund via PayPal. Don't bother using them as they are crap

Don't bother using them as they are crap
Purchased 12 Trollbeads, waited and waited and then waited more. Eventually phoned the owner Andrew to be told they had been posted out. Again waited, phoned Andrew again and he said he was out of the country despite me calling his Newcastle landline! He then called the "girls at the shop" to see where my order was as there were apparently150 orders going out that day. Waited over 3 weeks! Sick of waiting I decided to cancel my £500 order and claim via PayPal. Woke up next morning to a very nasty threatening text from Andrew! Advised PayPal I did not want any contact with Andrew and payments are pending to be refunded! Received no goods probably since they were on a 3 for 2 or the free jewellery boxes promised! Stay away from this company and even better read up online on them, you will be disgusted with them!
NEVER assume you will get your items on time regardless of what shipping you have chosen to pay for NEVER assume you will get all the items you ordered NEVER assume that the items you ordered are in stock NEVER assume that you are being told the truth I will NEVER shop at JUST JUELS JEWELLERY again
