Id heard a lot of mixed reviews about justhookup.com and read some negative press. Have to say I find it fine, not perfect but a good site all things considered. After a while I eventually met one girl on it and Ive shut down my account now, as we have been meeting pretty regularly and are doing the whole friends with benefits thing. I probably have more success in terms of meeting different girls when I use HookupHangout.com, but must say now that Ive got a steady $#*!buddy theres no need for me to be paying for both sites. Out of the two, justhookup had to go and Ill keep the other subscription running in case anything extra special comes along. But at the end of the day, justhookup did its job, so cant be too critical. Would probably use again.
With so many free options out there these days, you need to be impressed to spend youre hard earned cash on a sex site. I find justhookup to be pretty standard, could use some updates as its not changed much since I last tried it in 2014! Personally, I prefer sites like FlirtyDater.com, POF, HookupHangout.com, etc as they seem to have more women on the sites, even if they arent so great in other ways. But then I think it really depends on what area your living in and maybe these sites just have been members where I live (central Cardiff). So check whats best for your area and go from there, at least thats what I do.
Signed up to JustHookUp exactly one month ago today so I could do a direct comparison with Flirtydater.com, which I joined at the same time after reading a few good reviews. Hopefully my doubled subscription costs will help some of you lot!
Main advantage of JustHookUp is the mobile app - but have to say the Flirtydater mobile experience is also fine when using their mobile site.
Disadvantages are that I didnt get laid (I got laid once with Flirtydater after two and a half weeks and drawn a blank since). Also, for me, the JHU app sends too many needless push notifications and I wasnt a fan of the search function, but thats a small nit-pick.
Winner: Fairly impressed by both but Flirtydater shades it, ill take actual sex over an app any day of the week.
The site is not as bad as all the frustrated male reviewers, who have no been lucky, imply. I use all kinds of adult/casual dating sites (you may say it is a hobby of mine) and I actually met someone on JustHookUp! Yes, a REAL women, so basically it works! However, sites like CasualDating4u.com and AFF are MUCH better with a larger member base of REAL women.
My advise: Join JustHookUp BUT watch out for real and fake profiles. Your intuition will help you on that.
It's just models wanting votes on their site page or cam sex to black male men. It's a total scam. Stick to the sites which have real members instead.
This site is a scam! The messages stopped after I bought a membership. I don't know how many of the members are real?, but those that are have been taken for a ride. The worst part is my yahoo ID has been put into some kind of database with alleged girls from Ghana contacting me on yahoo messenger sometimes 6 times a day. Some of those even have the same pics claiming to be a different person. I just hit the spam button now. I have more complaints, but the other posts have pretty much covered them already. Stay away from this site!
Complete scam, just as described by others. Their forums are joke as well. All members seem pissed about the lack of real profiles. But they censor your posts on the forum as well... Hiding the truth from everyone.
It took some work, but i have my account closed down finally...
Stay Away from this website, they are only Scammers..
This website uses a feature called "Virtual Cupids."
Basically, probably about 99% of the profiles you will find on here are bots (VCs). They are designated by a VC symbol in the top-right corner of their profile.
I just went through the first 1600 profiles that first appeared in my search. All of them were bots.
It's basically a "legal scam," not that I know much about law, but since the VC feature/scam is included in their terms and conditions, you're out of luck if you paid into this.
Don't waste your money on this site.
How would you feel if you get a email from yourself saying "pics are hot tell me more about yourself." this happened to me do not waste your money on this site zoom in on the photos and they go fuzzy witch means they are edited
Total scam. My first two clues were that a) most of the women are using the same digital camera to take mirror selfies [who uses a digital camera anymore, nonetheless every woman on the site] and b) their were supposedly Southern girls from my area using words like "cheeky" and using British spelling, i. E. "favOUrite". Stay away.
I have been on this site for about 2 weeks, and have gotten a few emails and like over 20 to 30 hits. I take the time to write them, but i do not get anything back, maybe one or two messages back and then nothing. Really makes me wonder if this site is delivering real people or computer generate photos and messages. Any one else experiencing the same things I would like to know..
It sucks reading these reviews because I am an attractive girl who was looking for a guy and yeah, no site that asks for money is going to get girls to join... I could just go to a bar! Try pof, that's the site I use. But I have on my profile that I'm looking for a relationship because if you SAY you're looking for just hookups you don't even get a reply! I don't sleep around... but I signed up because no nothing for like three months is driving me nuts!
Definitely a bogus site! I sterilized my account early this morning (no photos or profile comments) and I'm still getting likes and winks. Save your money. I'm just glad I opted for the one month membership.
Also, when you go to cancel, you have to do it with emails and they try to talk you into staying! I had to get nasty with them to cancel my account.
Stay away!
I live in a very small town in east Texas (population 311). Many of the women who express an interest in me are from my town or other small towns nearby. Oh really? Give me a break! None of them actually tries to make serious contact when invited. I believe that all those women are really in England and the owners of Just Hook Up look at a state map and pick out towns near me, including my town, and say that these women are from those towns. It's totally fake and a gimmick to extract money from lonely men, and apparently it works--for them. Most likely the answers and submissions I receive are really from some jock sitting at his computer making stuff up just to keep me interested and keep the money coming without anything to show for it. The pictures can be pulled from many websites and the personal narratives made up by some guy just doing his "job." Good luck.
All kinds of people with fake accounts, i have seen three or four pictures of the same girl with different names over and over again! They all talk a big game and then just ask you. Tk send them money for food or they're sick uncle or mom or aunt or for calling cards... if you refuse to send them money they cause you of being the $#*! and then you run across them again under a different name! It is a site full of scammers and 90 percent of them claim to live in Ghana, but when you give them your cell and they text or call you it is always a US area code... i just spent the last half hour trying to cancel my account and justhookup won't even let me do that! Stay away from this site!
Its a complete waste of time. I did responses from girls but they just have you complete a "web diary" to get you join other websites before you get to meet them which doesn't happen if you don't a prepaid credit card. Regular credit card company decline purchases because the transaction take place out the USA. They try to lure you in with their sexy talk. Don't be taken in.
Leave this site well alone. The first 100 profiles had at least 50 "virtual profiles". Ie Not real people. You will be sucked in after joining the freebie membership with lots of emails and winks for people who don't actually exist. Pay your membership and you will never hear from them, again.
At least 40 of the remaining 50 profiles are cam girls trying to suck you in to spend money watching them perform on camera. IF YOU ARE LUCKY you may find 10% percent of the so-called members are real people and THEN you find they are US based!
Avoid this site like the plague!
Pretty bad, no one replies to your emails after you sign up. If people were real they would at least try talking to you but they don't. The local selection is not great either. Don't join if you are a guy especially.
Well, at least I know where all the phone sex operators went, they are all cam girls now. They won't talk to you unless you go on cam. Oh and you happen to have to give out your credit card information. Burned up one bank debit card and one prepaid Mastercard on this site. AVOID unless you just like scam baiting like myself ;)
Like most others say, This site is CRAP! The women aren't real (even though they say they're less than 5 miles away) They send one email, you answer and never hear from them again. Just for s****& Giggles, I even hit up a fat nasty and there was no response. Steer well around this site. It's nothing more than a scam.
Answer: My boyfriend received a text message from justhookup.com does that mean he signed up or made a profile
