Given the situation with Covid 19, it is understandable that travel companies and airlines are VERY apprehensive to give refunds. Just Fly will give you the runaround when you attempt to do so, will outright lie to you and tell you that it is the airline that won't give the refund when it is they that have your money as they don't pay the airline until you actually fly. Almost $2,800.00 paid and they've now told me that I have to use their air credit by the end of the year or I will lose it. Endless hold, very difficult to reach a speaking human. Lastly, if you ask for a call back, they will simply call you back and put you back on hold in the same queue as if you had called them. Plan on spending hours on the phone with no positive result. If I understand correctly, they are affiliated with Voyages Ala Carte, so I would also avoid this company.
Beware. Booked a cruise, airfare to FLA, hotel car rental. Fortunately only booked return air thru Justfly. We cancelled the cruise and got all our dep back, we got the airfare paid back in the form of a voucher for the full amount to be used in within a year even though we had a non changeable ticket, we were able to cancel our hotel-no cost, as well as our car rental. Only Justfly after 21 phone calls would do nothing, blaming Air Transat. We booked thru Justfly, not air transat. Our credit card stated the charge by JUSTFLY not air transat. Bad bad company. Watch. Out if you ever deal with them.
