We had an issue, our fault, but, Just Blinds made it right at their expense! We have ever experience customer service like this before, ever! They were so easy to work with and I will use them again for sure! Thank you, Just Blinds!
Ordering was pretty straightforward. Shipping was a mess, I could track the order going back and forth across the United States in no discernible pattern. Along the way there was damage to the packaging and a new label needed to be added. Receipt was many days past expectations, I documented the damage, thankfully none of the contents were broken or lost.
Due to the size of the window the only option was motorized lift, I opted for top down/bottom up control on honeycomb shades. I ordered the standard remote with the understanding that using a phone app was also available. The remote only operates the bottom-up functionality and the phone app only will connect to the top-down functionality. Not only that, it appears only one device may be paired to either operation. Regardless of following all (extremely limited) documented instructions and sending extremely detailed steps in the process I've followed the support organization suggests I am at fault. No elaboration has been provided.
I was very happy with the color and installation. One blind seemed a little short, but we were able to pull it down good enough to cover the space a bit better. The others were great. One thing to note: They block the light when you look at them straight on, but the slant causes the light to come in at a downward angle. They are not advertised as light blocking, but I was surprised at this.
Overall, very pleased.
The website was very self explanatory! No trouble whatsoever! They also arrived in a very timely manner! They fit perfectly and I didn't have to call the company for any reason. Will order from this company again if i should need any more blinds.
Made blinds to small and colours are way off! Take forever to deliver and won't let you return anything! DO NoT waste your money of this site! Worth paying a few extra dollars at a more respectable company
I purchased the cellular blackout shades. I'm happy with them in every way. They are very similar to Hunter Douglass blinds minus the dealer markup and pushy salesman. I read some reviews about blinds being cut short on width, the company does take a half inch out of the width you provide so blinds don't scratch the sides it is what it is, once that is gotten over the product is great. Came when they said it would, installed easy, operates smooth as silk.
I am never that interested in 5* reviews, Most of them are from folks who are still excited about the latest widget they received two weeks ago. I like to know what problems people had and how they were handled. We have been ordering from JustBlinds.com for about 8 years. All of our orders from them would have met

I spent $500 on cellular shades for my living room windows less than one year ago. The cord on the third of five shades has just broken. They are obviously of inferior quality. If you are buying shades to install and never open, they'll be fine. However, if you like to let daylight into your home, stay away. Do NOT buy top-down, bottom-up shades from this company. They won't hold up.
I first ordered blinds from this company in 2010. Believe it or not, some of those original blinds are still in use and look great. I've ordered replacements when needed and gotten excellent service. Their custom-made cellular shades are attractive and do a fine job of insulation in cold weather.
Called today to ask about replacement parts for a large blind and Euphemia in Customer Service told me how to find parts and gave me solid advice on replacing the blind if the replacement part doesn't work.
It's rare now to talk to such an intelligent, helpful, pleasant customer service rep.
I will continue to do business with this company and would recommend them to anyone.
If you have a year or so to kill, go ahead and order from here. Otherwise, I would suggest staying far away. I could have knitted a set of blinds in the time it takes them to make them. Going on two months now. Great at sending more ads to your inbox, but not at making blinds. Worst experience ever They truly suck. Stay away. I have ordered custom Porsche upgrades from other countries and received them faster. WASTE!
"Gary the fitter is letting this business down. He tells lies and doesn't turn up to appointments. He rushes through the job so the blinds end up not being fitted securely and he's never heard of a dustpan and brush. Worst of all he stinks of a mixture of stale cigarette, coffee and body odour which takes days with windows open to fully clear. Just blinds are cheap but they're cheap for a reason. I'll never use them again which is a shame as my experience could've been quite different if they'd sent a decent fitter."

I took a chance ( not knowing what to expect) and had a cassette fitted with my roller blind.
It enhanced the visual effect of this product no end.
I just finished installing wood blinds that I ordered online from JustBlinds.com (Height 38 1/4, Width 74 3/4). I am posting this as a recommendation for the company and their product. My customer experience couldn't have gone smoother, from ordering, to delivery to installation. They look great, quality, fit and finish is excellent. I was especially pleased with the ease of installation, particularly the ingenuous design of the head-rail mounts - talk about easy! Over the years I have installed several blinds from other suppliers and NEVER has it been this easy and painless.
This was my second order with your company and I must say I am most impressed...(takes a lot to do that!)
I have odd shaped windows so special orders makes me a little nervous. Both the Wooden Blinds and the shades fit perfectly... I was very impressed. The quality also. Everyone that walks into my house is told where to buy their window treatments.

I ordered shades from this Just Blinds about a year ago and was satisfied with the product so I recently ordered what was supposed to be the same product for 10 windows in my house, about $1,000 dollars worth. I've received half the order and the quality is totally different. Fabric is lower quality, fit is bad and magnets don't work. I contacted them to inquire as to why the difference and was told that they are using a different vendor located in Mexico.
They also send out shipping notification 10 day before FedEx actually receives the product from Mexico. Very deceptive! Stay away from these crooks!
I purchased 4 roman shades and, as required, I proved the exact measurements of my 4 identical windows. When I started to install the shades I could tell right away they were too narrow and the lengths appeared to be random as well. I called JustBlinds and a customer service agent started to explain that mistakes were not a part of their standard warranty and they would not be assisting me any further. What does a "warranty" have to do with a manufacture mistake? Furthermore, regarding the quality and configuration of the roman shades - very cheap looking and the draw cord is behind the shade and you have to reach behind the shade (between the shade and the glass) to find it...not good. I am letting my CC company handle this "shady" transaction.
Hi Kory, I am so sorry to hear your shades are a different size than expected! According the the notes on your order, our Customer Service team has informed you of the Approximate Inside Mount Deduction: 1/4" to 1/2" taken by our factory. This is listed on the product page specifications, and mentioned in our measuring guide as well. If your shades are 1/4" to 1/2" more narrow than ordered, this is not a manufacturing mistake. If you find that they are more than 1/4" to 1/2" off, we'll be happy to look into this further.
Our Deluxe Warranty, when chosen during configuration, covers measuring mistakes that might happen on the customer's end, as well as dissatisfaction with color or other features. If your shades are made within spec and the Deluxe Warranty was not chosen, we would not be able to assist with remakes.

The site doesn't do an intuitive image/mock up of the blind like most sites do, so you can easily swap height and width. Order took forever. Mine was screwed up and they didn't take any ownership for it. Customer service was awful... Never again...
I ordered a blind on Dec 8 from Just Blinds. As of January 5, have not come from Turkey, where they are produced. I called and talked with Pagan, who tells me I should have them by Jan 7. But FedEx tracking says no order in transit. I asked for a refund. She said "no" that they are in transit. My order number is *******.

Answer: I ordered blinds for my entire house from Just Blinds 17 yrs ago. Your help with problems thru the years have been great... the questions answered and problems solved. Now another problem with my continuous cord loop blind... only one sdie goes up.
