When doing an inside mount and screwing the holders to the window ceiling, I've found this very difficult. The two holes are not aligned and the screw driver is always at an angle and slipping.

Very easy and quick to order online. Blinds initially was made with defects. I contacted customer services and a second set was made and mailed to me quickly.
My experience with Just Blinds has been extremely disappointing. The level of customer service they provide is absolutely terrible. They constantly give you the runaround for weeks without any updates, and even if you manage to speak to a friendly customer service representative, there is no way to reach them again. I strongly advise against relying on their delivery promises; it's better to find another company. They simply do not deliver, and their customer service is abysmal.

The blinds came and are beautiful. The hardware is absolute crap! The screws stripped while trying to install. Got those removed & used a better quality scew. The wing nuts are difficult to use & you may consider enclosing 1 or 2 extra. The installation process really requires 2 people. I installed on my own, however almost lost my mind!

I ordered a custom made dual sheer shade for the picture window in my living room. It's a big window--over 82 inches wide. I bought the extra insurance that covers any measurement mistakes, since I'm not handy and don't trust myself with a tape measure, but I didn't need to worry. The shade fits perfectly. It works like a dream. Very high quality. I had a handyman help with the install and he said it's one of the nicest ones he's ever seen. The movements are smooth and it is well made. I'm delighted with it, plus I took advantage of the president's day sale and wound up getting $75 off. A great bargain for sure!
I ordered 2 sets of blinds... with two separate measurements, so 4 blinds total. Hey hacked off 1/2" off the end of all 4. They do not fit appropriately inside the window. It looks like $#*!. Too much space on both sides of the blinds... too much light coming through sides. They should not deduct any measurements... if YOU measure wrong, it should be on YOU. It's your window, right in front of you. You can see what you want. Had I wanted 1/2" of space, I would've ordered down. They offered me a 20% discount to re-order. The blinds don't even close tightly. Big box stores have better quality blinds! If no stars was available, they'd get that but the lowest I can give is 1 star. $300 worth of wood blinds too short. I'll find another company!
I ordered three blinds, one very large (95") one medium (65") and one small (32"). They came packaged carefully, no damage. The color (eggshell) was PERFECT. Not a shiny glaring white, but a more subdued' white. The two smaller ones were perfect. Installation was easy with the directions. I did it by myself. The biggest blind hung poorly, with waves and gaps. They were beautiful, just something made incorrectly. I contacted customer service and they asked me to send pictures, which I fully understand. Once they received those, they gladly remade the blinds for me. Second ones were spot on perfect. I've never ordered custom blinds, always bought off the shelf at the big box stores. This was a fantastic experience and I'd recommend just blinds in a heartbeat! Thanks for the good experience. I LOVE my new blinds. And, people notice them. I've gotten lots of compliments on them.
The measurements for my "custom" inside mount blinds were adjusted downward by the company. Now, instead of having a custom look, there is a gap around all the windows negating the insulating and privacy objectives. When I wrote to the company, the response was: "**Inside Mount Shades will have a small deduction taken by the factory to fit inside the opening**."
In this case, "small deduction" is > 1 inch on both sides of the window.
The good thing is, I only ordered blinds for one bedroom ($639.) and not the entire house.
I have ordered custom blinds for four other houses from other companies without problems. I will not be using JustBlinds again.
As long as the pictures to pick actual color are true in color, it's fine, but I'd like the companies that offer free samples to be sent first. I took a gamble on this one since it's for our rec room. Thankfully the grey tone was what I was hoping for. And these cordless full bamboo shades offer more privacy, and cut more light than cordless woven bamboo shades.

The website ordering page was a little wonky, but we figured it out.
Measuring our windows is a little intimidating, fearful of making an expensive error. But when the first batch of blinds arrived, everything fit perfectly.
When naming a window, if there is an "&" in the name, the software does NOT accept it. After several attempts, these entries were discarded. Finally I deleted the "&" and the entry was accepted.

The biggest advice I can give is use their customer service before purchasing. So helpful in getting the correct measurements and answering those weird pesky questions to make sure you get exactly what you need. We love these curtains and couldn't more happy with how they all turned out. Using Customer Service gave us a contact and resource that proved invaluable. Worth every penny.
We had an issue, our fault, but, Just Blinds made it right at their expense! We have ever experience customer service like this before, ever! They were so easy to work with and I will use them again for sure! Thank you, Just Blinds!

Answer: I ordered blinds for my entire house from Just Blinds 17 yrs ago. Your help with problems thru the years have been great... the questions answered and problems solved. Now another problem with my continuous cord loop blind... only one sdie goes up.
Answer: Ours is about 1/2 inch, the same as the blinds we replaced these with. Ours are light blocking and work very well.
