The first time I purchased blinds form just bilnds.com they did not sent all the parts for proper installation.
When I contacted customer service for the parts needed the employee stated that( if I had used an interior designer the mistake would have been prevented!) yet they sent the parts anyway. The next two purchases went without a problem. The next and final order I will ever do with them I purchased two different colors of which one was correct and the other was not. The blinds that were sent incorrect were not only the wrong color from the website but did not match with themselves. The trim kit and the bottom rail did not match the color of the blinds. When contacting customer service to correct the problem they were short on responses and sent an additional trim kit that matched the wrong color blinds sent in the first delivery. I was left with the color I did not choose with no response form customer service. Very unhappy!
We ordered directly with a JustBlinds representative for blinds that were to be 75" long. The blinds received were 73" long. When we called customer service, they were no help whatsoever - they wanted us to pay for a whole new order.
You better hope your blinds fit and you are happy the 1st Time! They do not follow their customer satisfaction policy. I read it several times and ask specifically about it and was told 3 different things by 3 different reps.
I was also told my children were not the customers and only adults were covered. So kids rooms do not count!
I'm surprised to see negative experiences with Just Blinds customer service. I ordered faux wood blinds about a year and a half ago. Recently, one set's ladder cords started breaking, making it difficult to properly open and close the blinds. I contacted the company and they asked me if both needed to be replaced, or just one? I said just one and they immediately sent a replacement. From the time I originally contacted the company to the time the new blinds showed up at my door was one week. I didn't pay for shipping, didn't have to provide pictures or have to hassle with the company about their warranty. Very pleased with how easy it was to resolve this issue!
Cheaper is not always better! Made in China! Customer service agent had the audacity to claim that the website indicates whether or not product is made in the USA or imported AT CHECKOUT! No, it does not. First of all, The tracking number provided was wrong - found this out only after I called twice to check on the shipping status. Even after I had called and customer service was informed of the change in shipping info by the manufacturer in China, their website continued to show misleading data. Caveat emptor!

The website was easy to use and the product delivered was just as ordered. My concern is it took over 2 months to get delivery, and no communication on why.
Easy to navigate the website, choose options, and place order.
Site gave instructions on how to measure. Step by step process.
Product is good quality - one exception was the top thin plastic that covers the workings, that bows but is not a functional issue, esthetics only.
I received two emails informing me that my order has been delayed. When I called to cancel the order I was given the runaround. It's still not resolved but I do hope to get a refund ha ha I'll keep you posted

I just had an interaction with Just Blinds customer service that left me blown away - i wasn't even asking for a replacement, was just asking if they could make another version of a 2 year old blind that had started to come apart (that i was going to pay for) and they turned around and replaced and shipped it for free! I actually think that's phenomenal customer service. The quality of the thinner material blinds is a little flimsy (i've ordered more substantive/thicker blinds from them that are way better quality) so i'd suggest, one get what one pays for.
Blinds were made the wrong width. Customer service gave me nothing but trouble. Window opening is 18" wide, roll shade is 18" wide, plus the spring-loaded pin that is supposed to fit on the bracket.
Per Just Blinds website, inside-mount shades are supposed to be 1/4" narrower per side than the opening they fit in, which would lead one to believe that the shade would be 17-1/2" wide, plus the little spring-loaded pin. They refused to take responsibility, and stated that they needed all sorts of documentation and photos to deal with their "vendor". In other words, Just Blinds farms-out production so they can avoid standing-behind their own work. I would never attempt to do business with them again.

The service was excellent they took there time did every window in my home including my finished basement The Father and the Son were a joy to have in my home to do the work. Installment didn't take long. And when i needed anything repaired they were right on to of it received additional blind that cracked at no cost to me.So they stand by what they say concerning the warranty! I will for sure use them again and refer to others
I received my blinds earlier than expected and they were shipped with care. The only problem I had was a couple of missing handles and one call to customer service and it was taken care of. I talked with "Steve" in customer service twice and he was very helpful and friendly.
My blinds are beautiful and rich looking and exceeding my expectations. This is the second time I've ordered from Just Blinds and will do so again. Nobody can compare to your prices and quality. Thank you. I have already raved about Just Blinds to many women at work. Keep up the good work.

The web site was excellent. We received the blinds in a timely manner and they are what we ordered to the exact size. The problem we had was that not enough hardware came with the order to be able to hang the blinds right away. Also, the instructions were awful. They were hard to follow and incomplete. I will say that contrary to some of the reviews, we had excellent customer service. We spoke with 2 different people on the phone. Both were very courteous and helpful.
I ordered cellular shades in 5/2020 and was very happy with the product. I just reorder the same cellular shade 3/2021 and what I received this time is very cheap in comparison. The quality and design of the hardware is poor. The brackets bend and flex easily and no longer match. I called customer support and they said they are getting from a different manufacturer and the only thing they could do was to send me more of this poor quality hardware.

I have purchased blinds from this company for my rental units and my B&B and have never had a problem. They look great andbfunction well even after 10 years. I am planning on purchasing again for my new future home. I definitely recommend them. Measure yourself and order online... it's easy and the prices are great.
We are so happy with our blinds! Excellent quality, east to install. We ordered the 2 & 1/2 wood blinds, but we've ordered the faux white blinds in the past. The customer service was excellent! We will always be "repeat" customers (we also ordered 8 years ago too, same wonderful experience). We recommend them to everyone!
File suit Horrible customer service. You will get zero satisfaction. The blinds are extremely cheap, poor quality and cut wrong. For 2 months I got the run around and now I have to file suit against the company.

30 day guarantee is not for the customer. I ordered 2 inch slats and needed 1 inch. I was told I could have 20% off a new order and give my current blinds to someone in need andI could not have my money back on them. A customer service rep told me she had a fix for my problem and would get me a quote in 1 to 2 days and she promised me she would see this issue through. I never heard back from her, even after 2 follow up emails. I would not recommend Justblinds to anyone and will never order from them. Shame on me for not reading the fine print!

Answer: I ordered blinds for my entire house from Just Blinds 17 yrs ago. Your help with problems thru the years have been great... the questions answered and problems solved. Now another problem with my continuous cord loop blind... only one sdie goes up.
Answer: Ours is about 1/2 inch, the same as the blinds we replaced these with. Ours are light blocking and work very well.
