This was probably our 4th or 5th order with Justblinds.com and once again, just a perfect experience. The prices are outstanding, selections are deep and customer service/communication is second to none. Worth mentioning is that, several years ago, a small part broke on a blind that we had for more than 3 years. I called JustBlinds.com fully willing and expecting to pay a small charge to get the part that I needed. NOPE! Spoke to a representative and THE NEXT DAY I not only had a replacement part, but detailed instructions AND a spare part in case I needed it on another blind that we ordered at the same time. WOW. This, ladies and gentlemen, is why we don't even consider the competition. Would give then 6 stars if I could.

Disappointed

The blinds themselves looks good. I dislike that the valance sticks out so much from the headrail. Know that if you are looking up at the blinds you will see this. It doesn't look great. The instructions that accompanied the blinds were wrong. They missed their shipping date and refused to 2 day it even though it was their error. They said it would come damaged that way?

My disappointment is really with the measurement. I ordered them over the phone to make sure I knew the measurements. I was told to give him the final finished measurements, which I did. He neglected to tell me that he was going to tack on the valance which would add more with to my measurement. This now doesn't fit in my window.

Even more disappointing is the fact that they won't fix their mistake. They will give me a 20 percent discount on my next order. I will go elsewhere.

Chris I am pleased to let you know that there may have been a hiccup on color of a blind but now, officially, Just Blinds has provided blinds for every room in our home. I have received multiple compliments over the years on how nice the blinds look and almost always is followed with the statement "but we could never afford blinds". I have referred a number of people over the years knowing that they too will be treated with professionalism, respect and kindness should they decide to order from your company. The Customer Service that I have received from Just Blinds far exceeds the other companies that I have dealt with in our remodeling project. Much, much appreciated. Slightly challenging

Updated review

The order process was simple and the product was as expected. However, the cut of the blinds was just a smidgeon too wide, so we really had to fuss with it to get it hung up. I don't think it will ever come down without damaging the frame. If I order again for an interior hang, I will probably estimate about 1/8'' less than the exact measurement, to avoid that.

No Returns

Unless you pay them extra for their poorly crafted product you won't be able to return the blinds if you don't like them. The fabric we looked at in the kit was much nicer than what was actually on the blinds and when we went to return the blinds we were told that there are no returns accepted.

Don't waste your time or money with such a substandard company.

After reading the reviews, I ordered these blinds with much trepidation and thinking they were made in Houston, TX. They are made in China and shipped from China -- way cheaper than its competition despite the tariffs. They fit perfectly and were easy to install. If the U.S. wants to create jobs for Americans, these low-cost, excellent blinds should not even be an option. Same with automobiles, appliances, and furniture from Ikea.

Last year I ordered two sets of real wood blinds for two apartments. Great! Everything arrived and fit. This year new order, valances too short and outside valance mount was broken. No hardware available to hold down the blinds on the doors. Customer service said there is no hardware available from this new vendor so... too bad for me! I have at least two more apartments that need blinds and I am not getting them from here.

I ordered one blind from this company to see how it would look. Their site said it was shipping out, but 2+ weeks later I never got it. I emailed, I called, I spoke to someone who assured me she was handling it, and would get back to me. NOTHING, finally, I disputed the charge with my credit card, and on the same day, she finally emails, oh but we just sent it to processing. BS! This company won't get my business. I have no idea if the blinds are any good, cause almost a month later, I don't have the single blind I ordered!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

I ordered blinds that came at an incorrect width, when I called they refused to let me return them to get blinds that would actually fit. They offered me 20% off my next purchase but then I found out it was an ongoing sale for Presidents' Day anyway and they were not compensating me in any form for the blinds they sent in the wrong size. I spent over $100 for blinds I cannot use and the woman on the phone was absolutely rude. Do not order from here and the material is not even I called they refused to let me return them to get blinds that would actually fit. Don't buy from here!

They are misleading and you have to purchase a "deluxe" warranty in order to get assistance with your purchase. If you don't buy it, you are out of luck. I never even saw the option to upgrade. Luckily, I only ordered one shade from them. I purchased the remaining shades for my house from Blinds.com and I am very happy with their customer service, quality, UP FRONT warranty, and speed of delivery. I recommend you AVOID JustBlinds and purchase your window treatments from Blinds.com.

My experience with JustBlinds has been stellar. The shades were delivered promptly and the quality of the product greatly impressed my wife and I.

Without going into too much detail, there was an issue (this issue was minor and not entirely the fault of the company) which needed to be quickly remedied.

Normally I dread calling companies. The sad fact is, most companies give the consumer a hard time, make us wait for a solution, or give an unsatisfying solution. NOT WITH JUSTBLINDS.

I was blown away by the customer service representatives of Justblinds. I spoke to the rep, expressed my concerns and he offered a number of solutions for my wife and I to choose from. They were extremely fair to us and am exceedingly pleased with our solution.

Do not hesitate to order from this company. They stand behind their products.

It took a little bit longer that projected but did not make any difference to us.
Great chat service. I ordered one 1" slat for the valance and did not like the fishing when I installed. I contacted them via chat and they will send the extra clear clips and extra 1" slats as complementary to me even though that was my mistake.

Just what I needed
September 30, 2023

Based on other searches for 2" faux window blinds, I felt JustBlinds had the 2 sets I needed at better prices than other sites I visited. I also wanted measurement instructions that were similar to other blinds I've installed. I am happy with the shopping experience and hope the blinds meet my expectations as well.

I was highly satisfied with all aspects of my purchase - the quality of the product, the quick delivery and the interaction with the personnel during the phone order process. The first 2 items mentioned are obviously very important but being able to talk to someone that is actually in the USA and that is not reading all their responses without listening to my questions is by far the most important aspect of the transaction. I'm so tired of dealing with other customer service personnel from other companies because they can't do their job correctly or efficiently. I own 5 rental properties and so far the only people I get good service from is the water department. Once I find a company that I can depend on, I stick with them because I'm tired of wasting time with everyone else. Just Blinds is one of those companies I will continue to do business with in the future. Thanks for a job well done. It is sincerely appreciated.

Love My Blinds

It was nice that I could take my time. Measure and re measure save my cart and return to make sure everything was good.

I have received and installed all but one of my blinds. I did my whole house and it really helped that I could name my blinds. I love them and they look great in my windows!
