These guys are trouble, after a 1 dollar charge the ran 170 dollars on my credit card in Vegas while I'm in Florida, these guys have got to be dot or towel heads just waiting to use your card for their own agenda, dont do it, its hard for me to think a major company like HP can allow them to front them, its a total scam just to get your credit card number

I was trying to contact Apple.com who, like so many make it nearly impossible to talk to human. But they had an option to talk to someone for a fee of $2. I was frustrated so I went for it. I talked to someone who was of no value to me both in language skills and understanding of the problem... they're just outsourced people doing it part time like an Uber driver or something... this person had nothing to do with apple. But it gets worse. I now get a monthly $66 debit on my visa and no way to stop it. They hook you up with a chatbot that asks for a 'one time $2, fully refundable fee' and credit card #. It's an infuriating merry go round. Crooks!

After being baited in like you are having a real conversation, the BOT deceives you into signing-up for a ONE-TIME fee of $1 or $5 AND A MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP CHARGE TOO, WHICH IS BILLED IMMEDIATELY. After signing-up my question was NEVER answered, yet I am billed the fees. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE AND BEWARE THAT ALL THE OTHER SIMILAR SERVICES ARE THE SAME COMPANY BUT UNDER DIFFERENT NAMES TO TRICK THE PUBLIC.

Scam. Like everyone here the first question was supposed to be 1$. I checked my account. The 1$ AND 30$ was charged to my account. Gonna go to BBB next to write a review.

I asked for a one time question, then found out I'm paying a membership which I didn't sign up for. I don't think this fair and you will not refund me the 45 pounds!.

Got charged 10 times what was stated. Got connected to someone to help me with my question and just got caught off. Tried customer service and got refused a refund and the customer service then ended the chat. And I'm out 51$ for nothing

I was in Mexico City my medication needed to be refilled. The doctor never called me. Not a controlled substance request. Received texts that my phone wasn't ringing through the phone was verified operable. Strong wifi signal ringing on and loud. Liars and thieves

0 stars. They say it's $5 to ask a question but it's actually $40. This wasn't communicated until my bank statement. Apparently it's a $5 join fee and then a monthly membership. False advertising and a money grab. They are unwilling to give refunds. It's a scam!

This is a scam. You are advised to sign up for fully refundable$5.00 fee. I did and was charged$55 on my card. Do NOT deal with these fraudulent scammers

I was under the impression that I was only required to pay $5 but upon asking my question to Just Answer I came back to my account to find that I was charged a hidden membership fee of $46 that was buried in their "terms of service" the director sent me an example of what he said was their way of informing people about the membership fee which was at the top of the part where they ask for card info and I remember seeing that BUT AS I TOLD THE DIRECTOR OF CUSTOMER SERVICE I THOUGHT THAT WAS AN "OPTION TO SIGN UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP AND NOT A REQUIREMENT!" I am homeless being strong armed to pay rent for another person on a lease with me and my husband that refuses to pay rent, we are now homeless and have been paying rent to this complex to keep our name clear so we CAN be able to be clear on our name from an eviction WHILE BEING HOMELESS AND LIVING IN OUR CAR! NEEDLESS TO SAY WE HAVE NO EXTRA MONEY TO GIVE TO JUST ASK WHEN WE DON'T EVEN HAVE A ROOF OVER OUR OWN HEADS! When Just Ask took that unauthorized money that was the only money we had to get something to eat! Even though I canceled this forced membership immediately after finding out what they did, I am still being told that they will NOT refund my money, top it off, my husband is also disabled! GREAT JOB JUST ASK!

Very misleading and sneaky. They make it seem like you are only being charged $2 for the service when in reality they are also signing you up for a membership then charge your card every month! Beware! And they refuse to issue a refund!

They were suppose to just charged me $1, but I reviewed my online state that evening, that had charged me $55, and $39. I called them and the tried to tell me that I had signed up for their deluxe and and another service.The reality of what they did was texted me a form to send to Yahoo addressthhe issues I was having. What a joke. Stay away from these people they didn't provide really anything and threw a bunch of charges on my card.

Called to ask a question agreed to pay $1. The question was not answered. Never informed that it would automatically give me a membership which cost $45 a month unless request cancellation. I cannot dispute this $45 charge the way the legal terms are stated. Which not being informed of the membership they automatically issued the membership without my consent. But the wording on the email showing the other unapproved membership is stated in terms you can not legally dispute. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM

After reading the reviews regarding Just Ask company. I think an CLASS ACTION SUIT should be brought against this company for deceptive business practices. The bad part I personally never done business with this company but yet I received a change to my debit card without my authorization. And yes I contacted my bank regarding this change and filed a fraud dispute request. Note my account was credited $ 30 dollars after thirty days my bank BMO sent a letter stating they are reversing the charges that was credited to my account so my bank basically helped Just Ask to steal money out of account so with that said l no longer hold any accounts with BMO based there lack of investigation. I also checked out the Better business web site the complaints are very similar regarding Just Ask business practices scamming individuals out money by automatically enrolling into unwanted accounts..

Watch out they will try to charge you 51$ before you ever talk to anyone and make it seem like you will only be charged 5$ never again using this website

What a racket. Fraudulent and should be illegal. They post the fee as a refundable $5 but you're actually signing up for a membership that's a monthly $35-$45. Then they won't process a refund because when you entered your credit card you "accepted their offer." Most services will refund you if you're not pleased or not interested in the service. Not them. That's how they make their money. Applause for a scheme well executed. PS - the answer to the question I asked was a one liner which was found on google.

They are really scammers, say 5$ then charges 35$
Asked a question about antibiotics for my sick cat. You'd think I asked for Crack,, was traveling and moving and didn't have a vet yet. They seem to keep implying I didn't understand the law on antibiotics ( for a cat) also said that all they do is suggest what you should do… like if ya need to take the cat to the ER or if it can wait til office hours. Well, yea… I can tell that all by myself. A nightmare making them return the 30$ fee…

If I could give them zero Stars I would. They don't make it clear enough about the membership and just take your money and keep it for one simple question. I was a so-called member for less than 5 minutes I asked one question and they took my money. If I knew clearly that it was $25 to be a member I would have never did it. That is robbery as extent they need to be more clear on the charges and membership fees. I really need my money back and they won't give it to me for asking one question within 5 minutes.
