I am co owner with 3 other sisters. Two of them want to remodel my moms old house and I want to sell it. They are telling me it is an illegal lot (it is 2 acres) no easement, but sits in the middle of south austin off east riverside drive. I know it is worth something to the guy that owns land next door because he purchased his for the very purpose of it being investment land. I knew they were down playing the value, so I would sell to them cheap and walk away from it. I found out what I needed to know in time to keep from making a big mistake.

I was told that Shell Vacations Club was guilty of Fraud, Identity Theft, Misrepresentation, and I should contact The Consumer Protection Board. I did as instructed and charges were brought against them. My electronic signature had been used to order points that I had not authorized. They had charged $19,800.00 to my PayPal account. They had charged it in June and it was finally resolved in my favor in October. Just Answer remained in contact during that time. They were a life saver.

If you've ever waited in a shop, been gutted by a shop rate diagnosis or been sold on work not necessary then you need this service. I've diagnosed two problems, (non starting condition) and (excessive shaking) for less than 50 bucks. Both techs were spot on and the first situation required 6 or 7 steps to find the faulty circuit. This is so easy I'm sorry I didn't find it sooner! If you have any ability with a wrench and even a passing knowledge with autos, you can find answers for "chump change." I love this service! I'm not related to this company!

After service at authorized MB dealer, have a missing in engine when come to a stop. Does not happen every time. Return to dealer cannot find problem. My wife suggest go on line and ask MB. Find you, ask question, get suggested answer immediately. Next day return to MB repair give them you recommendation, problem solved, apologized, no charge. WOW. Thanks, Gene.

After five months of searching for an attorney who would just answer a few questions, lead me to whom I needed to speak with, what kind of questions I really needed to ask to find the right attorney, and what questions I was not asking correctly, my rep from this site not only answered my question, he led to whom I needed to call, report, and follow up with in order to get a resolution to the issues I am wanting to address. Every attorney I spoke with in the real estate business is willing and represents the dealers, not the purchaser. I was so upset and didn't know how to resolve these problems. With his help I contacted the peoples whom he suggested I call and found the right person to help me. WOW! How great is that? Again after five months of searching in one day I was was directed to the right people to help. If you have a question and are about to give up-don't. Just answer will have someone working there who is just the right person to answer and maybe direct you to whom you need to speak with or contact. DON'T GIVE UP! They really are here to help. Shari

Ran into a problem while starting up our 2005 Nissan Altima 2.5L after a cylinder head gasket replacement. Needed to get the throttle chamber re-programmed. The tech sent the procedure electronically right over within minutes.

He also asked more probing questions related to the work we did and concluded that we should make an exhaust header change that will not only lengthen the life of the engine, but will prevent possible major engine damage in the short run upon conclusion of the engine rebuild.

Great tech at a great site!

The upfront fee was about $35. I added a big tip. The advice was a Dental treatment plan. The Dentist online was quick, to the point, specific, and allowed me to understand options that my local dentists seemed to be obscuring. Once I had the Just Answer advice, I was able t phrase an email question to an old friend, who is a Dentist. He confirmed the Just Answer advice, as well as rejected the path towards which I had been initially pointed.

Just Answer gave me advice that was not only to the point, but with insight and explanation.

Recently I moved house. Apparently the users manual for washing machine is still in a box in the garage.
I spent last weekend scrubbing the inside of my washing machine, only to open the lid later in the week to a thick dirty ring around the top of the tub. Obviously I somehow had to figure out where the filter was and how to access it so I could clean it. I tried Just answer. Within a few days I was given simple, clear, concise instructions on where the filter was and how to access it. Easy! And for only 21$. I even over paid this outfit and tht money has already been refunded. Count me as one happy customer!

We were giving my Irish wife's Grandfathers 1896 Fob Watch to our son for his 40th birthday and wanted to supply him as much information as possible.
